  Hi all

  I try to install the VCAC 6.0 and can spend the first 2 steps "Laying the device identity" and "ask the VCAC device." Able to communicate between IAAS machine with the device.

  The installer works fine until registration solution GOES but does not step '' Dynamicops loading Assembly '' giving the officer the error in the log file. It shows a complete HTML page that explains the 401.1 Unathourized,, error server in Application "DEFAULT WEB SITE/REPOSITORY.  I do the installation with the local administrator who has all rights on the machine. The machine is part of a domain, I also tried to install with the user admin from the field but the same error occurs. For more details, please see the log file. During the complete installation the installation program ask user/pwd twice.

  1: device VCAC user/pwd

  2: administrator user/pwd, where the IAAS need to installed components.

  Note: SQL server for the database is on the same computer on which I am trying to install IAAS components. The Windows Firewall is turned off completely.

  I can remember my own problems with the installation of the iaas and had the same problem as you.

  You can find the solution in the details of the error provided (it took a long time, until what I found it myself)). It's a problem with NTLM authentication using the domain name COMPLETE for a local connection to the IIS application.

  As BackConnectionHostNames, you must use:

  host name

  FQDN

  and if you use DNS CNAME you, those too

  Example:

  vcaciaas

  vcaciass.domain.TLD

  aliasvcaciaas

  I'm trying to deploy vCAC6, but I have some problems with parts of IaaS...

  (1) vcac6 = Server

  (2) vcac6id = identity

  (3) sql55 = SQL server + components IaaS (DEM, Agent, server, IIS)

  In my logs, there is an error:

  Exception thrown IaaS endpoint: https://sql55/wAPI/ -[Error code: 42000]-[Error Msg: error of Infrastructure service provider]

  "In the API, this error means" ","general security errors.

  In the Web server log, I have:

  Error occurred writing trace log repository

  System.Net.WebException: The underlying connection was closed: could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel. ---> System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException: the remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.

  When I run https://sql55/repository a login/pass is requested but I don't undestand what login/password?

  Any ideas?

  All the most looks like there is a SSL certificate problem.  Did you change anything once you have installed?

• Adding the installed components

  I worked on this problem for a few weeks now with no luck.

  I downloaded and installed eclipse and the plugin... but can not use anything other than JDE 4.5.

  I have other packages of components installed on my computer in Program Files/Research In Motion /.

  I added the update site.  But get an error message when you try to install other packages of components.

  The error is the invalid zip file, I see that other users have had.

  I tried the following to fix the problem with no luck:

  1 reinstall eclipse and plugin

  2. move to C:/eclipse eclipse in C:/program files/eclipse

  3 decommissioning JRE 1.5 and then run eclipse command line with path set to 1.5

  I've asked for the password for blackberry site and simply press Cancel.

  What should I do to install other packages component? It's driving me crazy

  So I did this: Eclipse caught with the 4.5 JDE grouped here: http://na.blackberry.com/eng/developers/javaappdev/javaeclipseplug.jsp (it has a link to "Download the full installer")

  I then caught individual packages of JDE component for 4.6.0 etc of the same link.  It will come to you as a ZIP file.  I don't think that there is a verifiable MD5 hash to see if the downloaded file has errors in there.  After that I downloaded the component pack, I opened Eclipse and went to help-> software updates-> available software-> add the Site-> Archive, and then searched for the ZIP file and installed.  You can then change your JDE component pack of Eclipse from the BlackBerry-> Workspace Coinfigure BlackBerry-BlackBerry JDE > menu-> installed components.

  I had a similar problem with a 5508 on 8.0.110.0 and finished by adding the public key of the intermediate CA that it was signed with the pem file (available from the supplier you bought at). This allowed for installation and came as confidence in the browser.

  I am running Windows 8.1 and trying to open the CS6: Design Standard

  They ran beautifully before the system crash. After Windows has been reinstalled I can't open them more.

  I watched uninstall them, but Windows does not recognize that they were there.

  If the installation program itself fails to open and run. Download it again maybe your current download is corrupted. Also, what OS you are using and you are an administrator with permission to install.
