  You do a right click on the WOW icon at the office-
  then browse to the location of the file -

  Click on the WoW program file instead of the pitcher-
  will start your wow game-
  Log in as normal-
  then he will come to the top to update...

  After the update your wow will work as usual!

  It may be that World of Warcraft focuses on your audio hardware.  You can try to reduce the audio settings in WoW to see if this makes the use of Ventrilo better.  It may also be a driver problem.  I would check to make sure that you have the latest drivers for your audio device.

  Use the following steps to ensure that the audio drivers are up to date.

  1. connect to the Internet.

  2. click on start and enter the Device Manager in the start search field.

  3. click on the plus sign next to sound, video and game controllers.

  4. right click on the name of the sound material and select software update of the driver...

  5. click on search automatically for a driver updated and wait for Windows to update the driver software.

  6 Windows checks a remote Web site to see if the update of the driver software is available.

  * If an update is available, let Windows install the update.

  * If an update is not available, proceed to the next step.

  7. once the update is successfully installed, test the microphone.

  Please follow the steps below and check if you still have questions echo.

  Go into Ventrilo Setup and select mixer for the sound card, which will be the audio input (as determined by the "Input device" option) device. This will populate the Mux and line options.   Well, this can be caused by more than one thing.  It may be that World of Warcraft focuses on your audio hardware.  You can try to reduce the audio settings in WoW to see if this makes the use of Ventrilo better.  It may also be a driver problem.  I would check to make sure that you have the latest drivers for your audio device.  What kind of material is in the coffeemaker you all this running on?  If it is not powerful enough you can often get audio glitches.  WoW itself could have priority on the processor, so that other tasks get less time CPU.  When you reduce WoW, is no longer a priority that is why you can hear everyone Ok.  Usually if your audio hardware is powerful enough or your processor is fast enough, you can do both.

  I bought a Satellite P200-123 to surf the net, play and for general use. I have read many reviews and chose the p200-123 because of his good grades. I play wow on a daily basis. World of Warcraft was an extension called burning crusade that came out a couple of years. When the expansion of BC the grx will all mess. Its as if there is a new effect of grx etc which does not agree with the toshiba range drivers. I get lots of polygons on the screen after being in the Burning Crusade expansion. Ive tested it on other games and everything works fine. I want to know is we're going to have a bad selection of drviers or will they get updated.

  To solve this problem, I have to change the resolution, then back to the setting I use. problems with polygons etc seems to leave for 5 minutes then the pips apear.   The upgrade only that I did is to put a pretty weak NVidia 8400gs graphic card in it... I just went to Best Buy and bought one in the range of $ 50 million.

  I'm looking for my best option "bang for buck".  I really only play WoW on my PC, which I know is not a graphics card heavy game of cards.  I also know that I am a bottleneck with my processor speed, and I am running Windows Vista 32-bit Home.

  I wonder what's my best option for graphics card for the next WoW expansion and also if it's worth updating my processors and advancing toward a 64-bit Windows 7 as operating system.  Or I'd better save this money for the new system altoghether. I know I'm a little behind on my computer, but one that want a bit better game WoW experience, I have not had problems with this computer.

  I wonder also if just the upgrade of a Nvidia 240GT, it will be enough of an upgrade without having to change power supply and other components as I really only play a game on my PC.

  You can put a lot of money on upgrades or just buy a new PC.  Your PC is 3.5 years, so you have to consider the cost to the verses of the age of the PC upgrades and a 3.5 year old motherboard.

  If you decide to go the way of upgrade and then go with a power supply 550 watt dual PCI-E power connectors 6 and then buy the NVIDIA GT 460 with 256 memory interface.  You can always move this material to another PC, IE the motherboard on your PC goes wrong.

• World of Warcraft won't patch...

  Hello. Yesterday, I bought a new PC with Windows 7. This evening I installed World of Warcraft and its two expansion packs.

  However, when I try to start it and the patch, the Downloader is stuck at 10% and goes no further.

  The Warcraft folder is in the Public folder (on the users folder).

  I made sure the Downloader is not blocked by my firewall and I'm at a loss to understand what the problem is now.

  Are the ports for the game open [check out their site for this... can't quite recall what they are]? You also unlock for the program WoW itself? Hmmm

  Have you tried to just manually download patches? Because when from this first CD, the download can take quite a long time...

  This could be a problem if the corrupt modules are installed on the computer, I suggest you uninstall the Add-ons on the computer and reinstall the Add-ons and check.

  If the problem persists, then I suggest that you uninstall the game World of Warcraft and perform the new installation of the game and check.
