  Hello everyone

  I'm a workflow through JDeveloper SOA deployment. I've created a connection to weblogic and deployment of the workflow as a new version after you disable the old version using ant scripts. Now, after the deployment of workflow, I register this new version with the IOM, the use of ant scripts - "ant f registerworkflows - mp.xml register" and the building is successful (I give the correct settings in the properties file). After this, I also activate the new version.

  Now the problem is that IOM 11.1.1.5 is not recognizing the new version of the workflow and is always looking for the old workflow as seen in the journal of the oim_server1.out-

  How about the approval of IOM policy? You update to install the latest version of the composite?

  Name this new Version (user-defined)

  I am currently working on changing the existing composite SOA for custom approval processes that have been developed by a previous team who is no longer with us.

  Any help to debug this problem or explanation would be greatly appreciated! For now, I am incrementing versions whenever I make a change.

• No link between the IOM, 1/1/3 and has 1/3 FI

  When we first set up our UCS we connected all four of the IOM fabric interconnect Ports but now we wanted to remove both of them in order to save some ports on the FI. We configured the ports of #3 and #4 on the two FIs server and subsequently removed the cables.

  However, now that we receive the F0367 error message "no connection between IOM port 1/2/3 and fabric interconnect B:1 / 3" for all fabric ports where we have removed the cables.

  Same definition of chassis discovery 2 links and re-recognition strategy has not solved the errors.

  Does anyone knows how to fix this?

  Are what version of the UCS you currently?

  Also see loss of traffic on the blades for which these flaws are high?

  I guess you hit the following bug: CSCtg74026 (compensation of IOM defects: not after change of political discovery chassis)

  This has been fixed in the current relase of 1.4. However, the solution is to make a chassis of comission and the re-discovery.

• The IOM Update Status: update

  Just curious if anyone has faced an IOM firmware update that takes forever. I'm working on an area of 2 chassis with a pair of FIs in a HA pair. The two IOM (2208xp) in two chassis updated quickly (well, fast for firmware UCS updates, for about 15 minutes). But the two IOM in chassis one was stuck at 66% for nearly an hour now.

  I followed the guide of the UCS 2.0 software update. So far, I have activated UCSM. Now I'm waiting for the IOM to update, so I can activate their versions of boot, then activate FIs them and restart to finish update of IOM.

  I'm tempted to push forward with the activation of FI subordinate at this stage, given that should force the IOM in its path of data to update. But something about these two IOM being stuck in the update for so long has me... concerned.

  It looks like you can hit a known bug:

  I would say invocation a TAC case and we can apply the workaround to resolve the problem.  The process does not have too much time for us to perform.

• Cold start and the IOM Crash

  I have a client who has 3 different areas, where from time to time (months!) The IOM are crashing, creating a dump file.

  Versions are 2.1.1b and 2.0.4b

  No TAC case open yet; is this a known bug?

  I found the solution!

  I was going through this blog: OIM 11 g: error after startup server IOM: retrieve the connection at the base

  In the last comment by Amit, he mentioned that the settings IOM - config.xml must be changed.

  So I discovered that IOM-config file. XML from my environment, under directDBConfigParams, url (jdbc thin driver) was wrong because of cloning.

  In addition, OIMFrontEndURL, RMI and SOAP URL were wrong.

  I corrected the and guess what... each utility works...

  However, you don't have to import/export the config of MDS file... you can change these details in the following MBEANs

  1 DirectDB

  2. the discovery

  3 SOAConfig

  > Reboot the server of the IOM.

  I knew this jdbc driver was not, but did not know where to set it up.

  I have listed the error in my last comment, so that if anyone has this problem, the text of this presentation would help.

  We have a requirement where in we allowed users to create only the entrepreneur to the IOM, to help create the user features.

  By default, we can create the user of any type (employee, contractor, Contingent, full-time worker), but we want to restrict users to create the user to type only contractor.

  Please let us know how to do the same.

  Its a very common condition, if only contractors are allowed to be created from the user interface, then you can make the field into a single loan and fill in the value of the contractor by using code or do contractor default in the UDF.

  11.1.1.5 OID is not directly available. You must install the basic first version and the patch for 11.1.1.5.0. You can get the patch from oracle support.

  To resolve this problem, you can do following things:
  -Start by selecting name check box "Auto Save" on the subject of process definition/resource.
  -Pre-fill all process using the form values pre-fill adapter on the form of courses
  -You can also provide default values on the shape of course. There is a column of default name in the form of process values. Make sure that you create the new version, and then activate the form of courses.
