  After flash updated to version 23.0.0.162 PPAPI plugin stop working in all browsers based on Chromium (except Chrome, because help Chrome integrated PPAPI version 22.0.0.209). Browser based on Chromium (49 chrome, Opera 36) on the flash content display message "could not load plugin."

  In IE and Firefox Flash plugin works fine (and too much Chrome because use 22 ppapi plugin version).

  I have replace pepflashplayer32_23_0_0_162.dll ppapi dll version 22.0.0.209 of Chrome, browser based on Chromium restart display of flash content.

  Correct the dll PPAPI. This disorder stole 3 hours of my time.

  This is a known issue, see article XP/Vista: Flash PPAPI 23.0.0.162 plugin does not work in Opera and chrome. For now, you can uninstall the Flash Player and download the previous version of Flash Player (fp_22.0.0.209_archive.zip) of page archived versions Adobe Flash Player, extract the zip file and install flashplayer22_0r0_209_winpep.exe in the 22_0_r0_209 folder.

  While installation make sure you select "Warn me to install updates" so that Flash Player is not old.

  I would like to remove only the former Shockwave Flash (11.7.700.224) of my system, without removing the updated version, or affecting all versions of Flash being used in Chrome (also 16.0.0.257).

  Is it possible that one of the Flash Player version installed is the ActiveX (for IE) and the other the plugin (for FX)?

  If not, then I don't know how it happened in the first place; an update/upgrade uninstall all older versions.

  For a long time flash player will not install (updates for upgrades).

  If I go to the home page that I can download the 1 MB file then open it and the installation box opens but never does nothing and is all black except for the top bar. I can not even close. I have to 'end task' it. I has been underway for a year or two.  I usually find a link to the version of the full installer, but don't find it anymore.

  Wow, I saw a post from m_vargas (personal Adobe): this is a known problem, so obviously there is a problem that nobody knows how to solve. Fix Adobe is use use only Chrome or installer - reinstall your operating system the offline. Great job Adobe.

  I was able to install for IE 9 but it takes the other version to run LeapFrog Connect.
