  Check if the disc is scratched or dirty, in this case, use a clean lint cloth disc. If this does not work, you can try to download a new copy using your product key:

I copied the folder with the programs 'Programs' and the folder of the "Library / Application Support / Adobe" on my USB key and pulled on the MacBook in the program folder and the folder of Adobe.   Avoid copying files from one computer to the other. It won't work. You run out of hidden files scattered around the hard drive and interrupt the licensing mechanism.

  Uninstall, run the cleanup tool.

  • Looks like you have some issues causing third-party plugins installed here.
  • Holding the SHIFT key launch PS and click Yes at the prompt, see if that does the trick.
