  I'm about to subscribe to the creative cloud as a student, but it is not clear to me if, like other individual accounts, I'm allowed to have a facility backup applications on a second computer.

  Please check whether your computer has 32-bit or 64-bit support.

  Lightroom 6/cc only works with 64 bit computers.
