• Widget "Video background" appears not when I export? Desperate SOS student.

  Dear reader,

  I need emergency help to know how to make my widget "Video background" appear on the final published HTML export.

  The "Video background" widget is placed on the left corner of my master page. A screenshot below will show you the settings that I have for the widget. I used the URL of a YouTube video, I did, during the preview of my site, it seems to work perfectly. I scroll the background video remained fixed in place and when I clicked on pages the video looks even.

  

  Everything seemed normal, but when I tried to export the site as HTML background video disappeared, it was just a white Uni, everything was still there however.

  To export all the my video, what I did was:

  1. Click the arrow to the right of "publish".
  2. Select "export to HTML".
  3. My Web site name "myname.com".
  4. Click the folder next to 'rent', then create a new folder and call it 'my name '.
  5. Click 'OK' to save my website
  6. Compress the folder titled 'my name' so that it can be sent to my Professor via wetransfer.com

  If it means anything, I get a message of 'Active problem' when I click on export. I think I know what an asset he's talking and there's just that one image on one of my pages.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  As this is a third party widget, I can't test to verify the process. But you can try to get a preview in the browser to verify the behavior, you can also create a test on BC place which would show how the site will display live.

  Concerning the use of the background video widget, Muse includes youtube widget that can be 100% width and with AutoPlay on, it should work on pages where the same master is applied. You can try this.

  This phenomenon was linked to your video driver (atikmpag.sys) /DirectX.  I would completely remove the current driver and install the latest driver available.

  I don't advocate using the layouts of fluid grid (inheritance).  Support this feature faded when DW introduced Bootstrap for 2015 of CC.   FGLs won't be much longer. 

  Bootstrap has some very practical classes to make suitable videos that take their proportions in reagents layouts.

  However, FGLs do not have this support.  If you yourself your own workaround solutions.

  I worked on my portfolio website and I just completed and transferred my show reel. For this video, I decided to integrate it within the muse herself, rather than upload on youtube. I created my html code just by watching a few tutorials, however, no matter what I do the video will play automatically as soon as lance Web site.

  Happy holidays!  I worked on my site that has a video background with movement involving smoke coming from a censor who is on the far left hand side.  The problem I have is that the loop has a break at the end of the loop: home

  This problem is obviously less noticeable when I use a longer video in the background, but I'm afraid at the moment where the video loads, visitors will be out of the home page.  So, I shortened the video in the hope that a smaller file will load faster and the smoke is started as soon as possible. I tried to do a background image, then isolate and cropping just the censor smoking as a video to put on top of the photo to make the file smaller; the problem is the video gets centered in the Middle, but even if I get the video censor at the place I still have the video break on reloading.  After reviewing this issue, I wonder if there is another way to go about it all together.

  Hi Steve, you can either edit the video itself, so that it should not show difference in starting the video image on break, the start and end frame must be the same, so this break can be avoided. Another way would be to increase the video speed, which would make it difficult for users to catch the difference while the video is paused.

  A video background is not possible. You must split the video and put the parts on different slides, so that you can insert slides of issue between them. Maybe it's possible with Camtasia? I'm not sure, is not the latest version.

  Steps I do in Adobe Edge animate CC

  1.) create new

  2.) I click on + sign article library > > Scripts > > add a JS of URL file...

  I add this link:http://www.edgehero.com/edgehero.js/1.2/edgehero_1.2_min.js to box that occures after i click on Add JS File from URL

  

  3.) I go to Edgehero.js and from there i scrol down to section named as Media - video Html5 / Html5 audio

  I drag and drop a video from the side straight to rectangle window and the side left, I clicked on loop playback and it started working as it should.

  I am creating a menu very simple in CS6 again for my DVD. All I want is a short clip playing in the background and a play"button".

  I drag in an empty Menu wide and do drag my audio and video files menu. When I saw this that everything works as expected, the video and music play.

  However, when I add a button "play", the video background freezes (not the music, he plays very well). The video is here on the first image, but does not play.

  Sorry I forgot what is obvious at the first step! Laughing out loud. You can do this before preview (file-> Render-> motion menus) or the icon in the preview window.

  Transpaent pixels being replaced by white pixels in the image of the poster is a bug in animate 3, which you'll see in the next version.

  I am currently having a video game as a background for my menu... I created the menu in photoshop using a background transparent, black and white, but nothing seems to work.  When I connect the asset (mpeg or mp4 movie) in the background, he turns black, but never plays the video in the preview of the box here.   This is not sensible. The usual culprit in a video background playing black, this is how the background layer is implemented.

  If another test: select the 'marriage' of the models of the library group. Put in "Floral". It is a motion menu. Make the first piece of theatre. Rendering of animated menus. The background video play? If so, use the bottom of the query for this one (NTSC_Floral Menu.m2v) in your menu more. Make the motion menu. He plays in yours?
