  I was editing a video with premiere elements 13 and everything seems as it should be in the in the software overview screen, but whenever I have the export, apparently regardless of the format, he adds black borders to the video on all four sides.   Don't know how much difference it will make, but try to 1.0 square Pixels.

  Or better yet, try to publish & share/computer/AVCHD with the preset for YouTube HD.

• Video not recognized in the project

  First element 8.1 using and have a project that I wanted to work on--it's a project that I worked on several occasions in the past, burning DVD etc.. Today, it seems like he does not want to index a given video. Videos without problem. You can see on the screenshot is the 3rd top - 20090225124851.mpg. Videos without problem.   Sometimes the simplest solutions are the best.

  Opened a new project to see if the video's are behaved the same way in a new project and of course, everything worked perfectly.

  So I just deleted the files preview and page layout and all is good.

• P CS 6 Pro hangs at the end of the music video for "Compliant" in the project

  Using i7 processor, 16 gig of ram, the reading mercury via NVIDIA GPU engine, components project spread over 4 HD.  When I use the media browser to import AVCHD clips in my project, the meter in accordance with yellow at the bottom right of the progresses fine screen until the end of the task.   Well, here is the first light... 5 years ago.   Look at the last sentence of the Bill...   I didn't know that compliance process deals with conversion Audio, no video.   Only difference is that my progress bar in CS6 is yellow.  Thanks Bill.

  When you import a file with the Audio, there is a consistent standard process, which takes place. This converts the Audio in 32-bit floating point for editing and also generates the file PEK (waveform display). During this process, there will be a small downstairs blue progress bar to the right of the graphical interface. According to the Audio source, the length and the speed of the computer, this could flash by, or may be visible for a few minutes. We SHOULD allow this finish. If you don't see it at the time of import, then it is probably happening so quickly, that the progress bar does not appear long enough to observe. With some Audio sources, this process takes time and a lot of users do not notice it slaving away at the bottom of the screen. They try to use the assets before the completed Conforming, and This can truncate the file CFA, can hang or crash the program and can even lock the computer.

• I have the Nvidia GTX 670 video card.  In the project settings MPE of software only and is grayed out?

  I remember seeing an updated list of the cards listed suported this map as being supported.  What should I do to get the CS6 to recognize it and allow the EMT?

  Open "cuda_supported_cards.txt" in the directory C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 and change the first line of:

  TO

  GeForce GTX 670

  Save the file and you're done. Now you can activate hardware acceleration in the PR

• Pe11 - do not change the project settings based on the video source

  I keep the light in various places PE11 should read my video source and change the project settings for the game when I place it in the timeline in Expert mode, but I don't see any indication that this is happening. No matter what kind of video, I add, the editing mode (and other settings) in the settings of the project remains the same.

  I'm working with older clips (smaller than 720 x 480, 25 fps), and none of the presets project apply.

  What if the project setting does not match what I'm getting? Or it is made irrelevant by the publication settings I use (assuming I choose good here)?

  As you have seen, WMVs will not change your project settings. In fact, I'd like to discourage you by their use as source files.

  WMVs are a good video source you change in Windows MovieMaker - but they make for a source file bad enough for virtually any other video editing software.

  If I create the project using business process 'Request for project' and when we opened the project, we can see "Project delivery" and "Cost control" mode records.

  But when I create project directly in the workspace of society (Admin mode) > company sponsored Shell > project, either by directly or copy model or another project.

  We are not able to see above two folders in user mode.

  If I embed a video into my project and there is text placed above the video (fading in at specific times to coincide with specific parts of the video). Is it possible to use the video controls to control playback of the animation of text as well as video? Or do I have to build a special menu for this effect?

  Too bad. This option can run on the desktop computer, but won't work on mobile. iPhone, for example, when the button video is played, the video player takes over and any animation HTML is so irrelevant and not visible. Back to the drawing boards.

  Anyone got an idea as to this driver, I need to make them work.

  Thanks for your help, Meghmala.  I did what you suggested, but when I came tohttp://go.microsoft.com/FWLink?LinkID=34506 the 'UPGRADE' button was grey once again and would not work.  However, after changing the choice of two hidden files, I tried the new UNbox and - sail! -It downloaded and played videos from Amazon.  The only remaining problem is the following: videos of the Amazon are such that they can also be played in Windows Media Player.  I have WMP version 11 from the XP platform.  Videos actually work in WMP version 11, but the video controls (brightness, contrast, color, Tint) don't work - BUT ONLY WITH THE AMAZON of VIDEOS.  Otherwise, the video controls work fine with all my other videos.  By 'do not work', I mean that when I try to drag the pointers to a new value, they suddenly go back to the center position by s.  Any help here?  Thank you!

  Samhrutha - It seems that the problem was with Amazon.  I downloaded the videos WMP 11 wouldn't play correctly, i.e. with the video controls not working not properly, the simplest and most obvious way.  An Amazon representative suggested that I download them a more roundabout way (a lot more), so I did.  Now, WMP 11, they play very well.  Thanks for your help.

• I want to display video controls for an imported video

  I have imported a video with AutoPlay and it works well, but at the bottom of the video is the controls that ruin the look.

  Is there a way to hide controls for the video (NOT the PlayBar captivate).

  Do not insert the video as a video of the event, but as several video slide. Only the video event has its own control panel and will play completely independently. Multi video Slide (can be used on a slide, the terminology is a little confusing) is controlled by Captivate.
