Black borders around the video exported, even if the project settings correspond to properties file? -First Elements 13

I was editing a video with premiere elements 13 and everything seems as it should be in the in the software overview screen, but whenever I have the export, apparently regardless of the format, he adds black borders to the video on all four sides. The only solution that I could find online was of course project settings correspond to properties of video file imported, they do what I know. Any ideas on how to fix? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Output parameters you use have the appearance of the DV/big screen value.

Don't know how much difference it will make, but try to 1.0 square Pixels.

Or better yet, try to publish & share/computer/AVCHD with the preset for YouTube HD.

  • How can I get rid of the black box around the exported video?

I am importing video recorded with OBS in resolution 1920 x 1080. Watch the video, it seems fine. But once I run the video in Adobe first Elements 9, when I export it as a file .m2t in resolution 1920 x 1080, it has a thick black box around the video. The video source is in .mp4 format. Can someone help here?

Versions prior to version 11 of Premiere Elements must have their projects manually configured to match the source media.

Start a new project, in the project Panel, click settings and select project settings that correspond to your video specifications. This can be difficult because you are not editing video camcorder but the video which is produced by a third-party software. You will probably need open a sample of this video G Spot or Media Info in order to get the exact resolution, the frame rate and audio and video codecs that are in use - and, in the Premiere Elements 9 version, these codecs are not fully supported.

You can try the free download of version 13 and see if it works better with your video. Earlier versions of the software were much greater with sources video camcorder and non-standard.

  • Export video on DVD MPeg-2 HD adds black borders on the sides

    Hello

I had a few problems when exporting an HD project (1440 * 1080).

The source path seems perfect, but in the preview of the export (and the exported file), I have black borders on the side of the screen.

I was trying to make a Mpeg - 2 DVDs (16:9) not a Blue Ray Disc.

Of course, I know that the 16:9 format usually creates black borders on the bottom and the top of the screen, but I was wondering weather its possible to get rid of these borders on the sides.

Yes, you can, using Crop of SOUL...

You have to cut 12 pixels/lines up and down; Make sure that the tab out, harvest is set to "scale to fit". The reason why you have to do is because of differences in proportions of pixels.

The first thing to do, if you have not already, is to update your video card driver.  Once this is done, if the problem persists, contact the manufacturer of game for a possible fix or the update of the game.  If this is the only program that he comes up with seems so they need provide a type of update. • How can I make my full screen wallpaper? It appears like that but now you just see the image at the Center with black borders around. WIndows 7

I have WIndows 7. My office used to demonstrate the sreen integralexecuterdes but now some re cropped images offshore or too small for the screen showing the black border around the image.

Are the part of the black edges of the Office that is can you put the mouse cursor or the icons in the black box, or the dark area "wasted space".

If the black box is "wasted space" around your office, then it is possible that you will need to adjust your monitor settings, etc., to fill the new image size screen.

If you can move things in black areas i.e. office is full screen but the image is not, then it may be the type of wallpaper in personalization, "position of the image.

    Right-click on your desktop.

    Click Customize

    down, click on "desktop background".

down is a drop down selection list called "position of the image.

It has options such as - Fill, Fit, Stretch, Tile and Center

Try each one in turn and see if it helps.

    If it is then

If this isn't the case, you have loaded new updates as new graphics drivers lately?

    Hi Harry,.

Thanks for posting in the Microsoft community.

I understand that the screen on your computer displays a dark border on the top and the bottom of the screen.

There is an article in the knowledge base that provides methods to solve this kind of issue. Check out the link and follow the steps.

    Original title: screen resolution problem

    Hello

A few weeks ago, I turned on my laptopn and there was a black border around the screen. I managed to change the screen resolution, but my laptop seems to think that I have a dual monitor? And my resolution is still not like it was before. Obviously this isn't a huge problem, but it's annoying to have to go and change it regularly.

In addition, given that this has started to happen, I noticed that when I turn on my laptopn, instead of the usual Acer / Windows startup screen, the screen is all black, until the login screen appears. I don't know if this is related or how, once again, this isn't a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but if an update is installed, you do not see the progress it's making!

I ran a system restore, without success.

Running Windows 7 on a laptop Acer Aspire. Any suggestions welcome, although I'm not that tech-savvy!

    Thank you

    Hello

The first thing to check is your theme controls. Go to the control panel and select personalization. When this window opens, go down and select wallpaper. When this window opens go to the lower left corner and make sure that the background that position of the image is set to 'bridge '. Save the changes and return (right click on the name of the theme in the theme dialog box).

Let me know if this solves the problem for you.

    Kind regards

If you have a photo open, go to FILTER, and then click

Correct the distortion of the camera.  After a window opens and is one of the elements to add vignetting to your image, and you can move the sliders to get the desired effect.

  • Pe11 - do not change the project settings based on the video source

I keep the light in various places PE11 should read my video source and change the project settings for the game when I place it in the timeline in Expert mode, but I don't see any indication that this is happening. No matter what kind of video, I add, the editing mode (and other settings) in the settings of the project remains the same.

I'm working with older clips (smaller than 720 x 480, 25 fps), and none of the presets project apply.

What if the project setting does not match what I'm getting? Or it is made irrelevant by the publication settings I use (assuming I choose good here)?

    Thank you

    Dave

As you have seen, WMVs will not change your project settings. In fact, I'd like to discourage you by their use as source files.

WMVs are a good video source you change in Windows MovieMaker - but they make for a source file bad enough for virtually any other video editing software.

  • How to change the project settings

I support the Prime Minister and a video that is 720 x 300

It shows in the project than 640 x 480 and it publishes with thick black lines

I open the project settings - I can see the settings but I can't change these sizes?

    very frustrating :-(

The Prime Minister can load videos of different sizes? I want to believe but maybe not in elements

    retterr

    Thanks for the update.

We are both on the same line on dealing with what you think to be a 640 x 360, 16:9, and to do so in a Premiere Elements project without the consequences of black borders.

However, details to sort out when you tell me that you get huge black borders when you import this file to 16:9 in a 16:9 project.

If you set the project preset manually, have you thought about putting a check mark next to the "Force selected setting on this project' in the new project dialog box? Did you follow the path...

    • Open the project in the workspace Expert and go to file menu/new project and change the settings.
    • In the settings, set the project preset to match the properties of the source media. OK to get out of there.
    • In the dialog box new project opens, rename the project and make sure you have a checkmark next to the "Force selected setting on this project." OK to get out of there.
    • In the Expert workspace, import your media source by using Add Media / choice.

Excuse the request, but not to take anything acquired to speed things up, have you confirmed your 640 x 360, 16:9 for this particular import with program outside of Premiere Elements?

Please read the above, and then we will try to determine what happens with this file.

    Thank you.
