• BlackBerry OS update Q10 10.3.1.1565 on Q10: voice calls and video BBM no longer works

  After the update to OS 10.3.1.1565 on the Q10 BB today BBM voice and videoconferencing no longer work.
  The BBM title is white (username BBM not visible) and BBM voice or video buttons do not respond.
  It looks like a bug.

• embedded swf file no longer works

  Hello

  I have a site with a flash video integrated which has stopped working on ie, chrome, safari and firefox.

  Basically a screen empty apears where the video is supposed to work.

  As far as I know it was working yesterday.

  I noticed that a new version of adobe flash player activex 11 was installed yesterday - version 11.1.102.62.

  My site is a .net Web site

  I also know that the swf file still works if I run visual studio Web site. So all I can guess is that there are iseither some security problem, that I am not aware off the coast or the age of the swf file it prevents to work with the latest version of the flash player.

  My laptop has windows7 Professional installed.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  I downloaded my swf for the web file. It is a video clip. Some of the swf file loads on the web (the part of the text) when I click on a button to load it, but the video does not appear? See page 2 of the link below

• Video output no longer works on MacBook Pro

  Yesterday the two DisplayPort outputs on my end 2015 MacBook Pro has stopped working. There has been no hardware or software, change the laptop or monitor (Dell U2715). They worked fine for months and now nothing. When I plug a monitor OS X (El Cap v10.11.5) does even not noticed - not flickering, flashing, etc.. Briefly waking up the monitors, as is they detect an electrical signal, but then don't detect any entry and to go back to sleep.

  I've tried a few things...

  1. Restarted several times
  2. Restarted and reset NVRAM EXTRA
  3. Forced to OS X to create a new com.apple.windowserver. [guid] ~/Library/Preferences/ByHost .plist file.
  4. tail-ed a lot of logs in/var/log everything by performing various tasks to display (disconnect, connect, change integrated LCD settings) and nothing seems to indicate a display problem. Actually there no written newspaper at all when connecting physics poster. The ONLY newspaper that is remotely associated display comes system.log and States ' DMProxy [64795]: AMBD Services: _CFXPCCreateXPCObjectFromCFObject failed! But this error repeats frequently and goes back the most old log file of the last week, when the screens were working very well.
  5. Connected to different external displays with the Mac and also received no output and no system log.
  6. The installation worked before was all DisplayPort connections at both ends. I tried to use the mark Apple Thunderbolt-> VGA and adapters HDMI to connect to different views, air-conditioned and with no output.
  7. I have connected a lightning strike-> Gigabit adapter to the same ports, and it has been detected by the operating system.

  Edit: The HDMI output also does not work and worked last week. So apparently all output video has failed...

• A double click of files no longer works.

  As I installed Microsoft Office 2011 for Mac on my MacBook Pro, there are a lot of files that I can not open more using double click. I tried to change the double-click settings in the preferences panel, and by assigning a specific application for opening each type of problematic file using the button 'Open with' in the information panel, nothing happens.

  I also tried to restart the computer, and I fixed the permissions of the main HARD drive. None of this has worked.

  What is curious, it's only by double-clicking on a file actually seems to start the application. The application icon bounces for a while, as if she was trying to open. But after seconds of bouncing icon, the icon 'block' is displayed (do not know the exact name of this icon - it's this formidable multicolor spinning I speak). The application icon bounces for a minute or more with the projection of icon "hang" and then the application closes (without any message about some crash) or I use "Force quit" to close.

  At the present time, I have to open the app for files that don't work ( Word files .doc and .docx, Preview for .jpg, .tiff, .png, and .gif files, Safari or another web browser for .html and .url files) to make them work. It goes same for my photo files RAW (.pef), which won't open in Capture One Pro more when you use the double click.

  I have not tried other image far files

  It is, it prevents the newly installed applications to open as well. Today, I tried to open a demo app I downloaded a third party developer (i.e., not Apple), and its icon tossed around for a minute before he quit. I did not yet have the window with the message "you are about to open an app from a [...]', asking if I want to open the file or not.

  Everyone knows about this problem? More important, nobody knows how to fix?

  I tried to find some more information on the issue throughout the day, looking in the forums, websites, etc. I couldn't find anything on this issue.

  I was about to give up, but I decided to reboot once more, just to see if it would change anything. Seems the restart was once again the key to success. Perhaps refreshing memory has been the key to solve the problem.

• My music files no longer work

  I get a message that reads something like:

  "You can't have these music files on three computers and you max out."

  I have only this one computer - which I "recovered" or "reinstalled" several times since I had a problem awhile back.  Seems to be a recurring problem with this computer so I reset all the time and some time.  Well, I think that MSN recognizes each new reinstall a different/new computer.

  Is there a way to get around this?

  Well, I think that the question has become my inability to install software Wizard of music (?) when the opportunity presents itself.  You know that striped yellow (?) that you can click on, then another menu appears and you can click to install an add-on?  Well, whenever I have the opportunity to click Music Assistant install, it doesn't work.  A blur of multiple screens will Flash on the screen and I end up where I started... and then I try again... and again... and the end result is the same.  It will not install.  And it seems to be a crucial element to get my songs recognized property.

  I think the lesson for me is to buy the CD, pure and simple.   This way I can always admit and do not have this argument every two years.

  A cat knocked over a cup spill liquid on the computer. He connected, blue return projected and restarted itself. Aside from the message that it is a Code of 43 for the video card driver, things seem to work.

  What can we do?

  Turn it off! Unplug the power cord!  Remove the battery!

  Partially disassemble the laptop and let it dry for 5 days in an air-conditioned room, back to gether and hope that there is no permanent damage.

  I can't read music on my Sansa 4 GB rocket videos. I use Sansa media converter. I want to watch videos on it but I wait like 20 to 30 minutes just to appear in the menu and see just a black screen when I try to watch it. I think a new firmware update might help. Did someone herd all the rumors when a new will be available?   Not sure of your video problem, but can only talk about music? Format (WMA, Ogg, FLAC, MP3)? Bitrate? Using MP3 at 128 Kbps should give you 24 hours. If you use FLAC or (my favorite) Oggs, or a higher rate, then you are going to consume more energy. If this is not the case and that you use 128 Kbps MP3s, then load the "rocket" completely up, play music on it until it dies (don't stop it, it stop automatically when the battery is too low), then load it completely upwards without interruption (the battery icon stops flashing and disappears from the Lightning). You should not discharge/recharge the battery as it more than twice. This should recalibrate the battery (such as, to synchronize the farm while she knows exactly how responsible it is). Sometimes, when a battery test it in the factory or use over a long period of time UN-calibrates the battery.

• After the update for 13.7.1, R3D files no longer - work HELP!

  Our workflow requires working directly with .r3d files in Premiere and After Effects.  Since the update to the latest version of After Effects, we cannot import these files or even use them in projects that were imported.  Previously imported files appear to be missing content (AE infamous color bars).  Help!

  This only bug fixes Update corrections occurred after effects CC 2015 (13.7.1) on Mac OS x files: RED (.r3d) can still be imported and are not reported as missing in existing projects.
