  as far as im aware, the 8310 can only support SD. next to this, to check your available on board memory, go to Options > status. It will show you your memory in bytes, divide this number by 1024, and then THIS number by 1024 to find your data available in MBs.

  No, the phone OS update should not affect your phone somehow. As a general rule, you can refresh using any carrier version as long as it's for the same phone model number. The only thing you need to do is delete the Vendor.xml file located in C:\Program Files\Common search in Motion\AppLoader before using Desktop Manager to do the update

  The e-mail icon will not disappear on the screen.  It shows that I have a single message.  Well, I went and deleted all of the messages on my phone, but it still appears.  Next to the messages on the screen it says (1 unread).  Anyone have any ideas.

  Try these options:
  * Hard Reset BlackBerry by holding ALT CAP (right Shift key) and DEL (or removing and reinserting the battery)
  Messages > saved Messages
  Messages > view folders, check each folder (calls, SMS and MMS, and boxes, saved missed boxes, browser, phone logs etc.)
  * Scroll at the top of the folder, on the title menu, click or tap to MARK PRIOR OPEN date
  Change your theme and see if it persists and return to your desired theme. (Options > theme > select.)
  * Clean and reload your OS.

  In addition, you will want to convert the video file to be optimized for a display on the BlackBerry.

  You can consider using the Media Manager software to do this, or at least another conversion software:

  3. save the settings and exit

  Then,

  1. ensure that the Manager is not open

  2 connect the unit to the PC using the usb cable

  3. a box pop up opens, select open folder to view files using Windows Explorer

  4 minimize this window (in the upper right, click on the - )

  5. open another instance of Windows Explorer

  (a) Start Menu > Windows Explorer

  6. go to the folder where the files you want to transfer

  7. the right of the mouse click on the file and select copy

  8. open the minimized window (in step 4 above)

  9. navigate to the folder where you want to save the file

  10. right mouse click on and select Paste

  11. the file is now on the microSD card

  Hey all. I have the BB 4.5.0.55 software on my Curve 8320 from Tmobile. I can record videos and watch them on my BB. However, when I send them to my wife who also has the same phone that she cannot open the videos. They are recorded as *.3gp files. When she tries to open the video in the mms, it says that the file format is not supported. How can this be? The phone made the video in this format and it can play back perfectly fine... then why can't he please it in an mms message? Thank you.

  well, it's an easy answer.
  The at T-Mobile MMS service does not support the 3GP file format. There is a picture here:

  You can use email instead.
