  Hi all! When I installed first SmartView, everything was ok - menu item "Hyperion" appeared in Excel and I have established the connection to planning and has worked with the data in Excel with success. Then, once I got to select all the data passing through Ctrl + A, in the form of data open in Excel and tried to copy it to a different worksheet in the same workbook, Excel threw a message about a serious error and informed me that the add-on of Hyperion would disappear. So it has been removed actually. When I reinstall Smart view, the installation went well but the menu item "Hyperion" did not appear in Excel again. I tried to reinstall Excel both SmartView and restarted the system several times, but still the Hyperion menu item does not appear in Excel. Can someone me hint on how to solve this problem?   I'm in the middle of a project to import, and my 12 items has become corrupt because I uninstalled Photoshop elements 12.  I need to download 12 EP recorded, under license, paid for but the link I found (products download Premiere Elements | 10, 11 and 12) does not appear to offer it in English?

  What operating system is involved? And, did you buy the 12 elements of Adobe's first direct?

  If you have purchased from Adobe directly, you should be able to get a new set of installation from the web site of Adobe files 'my orders '.

  Have you been there and done that?

  When you do this, you need to download two files, the exe (the smallest file, Adobe Download Assistant) and the .7z file (the larger file, one for the program itself). You need both. The smallest is Adobe Download Assistant. There may be more than one set of files to select from Adobe. If you have

  Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 64 bit, you want to make sure that you see "64-bit" somewhere in the title of the files you select to download.

  Once these files on the computer, follow the instructions, if you have not configured for automatic opening of the 7z file.

• First Pro CC does not appear in the application of CC desktop

  Hello, I have recently joined the creative cloud and managed to download all the available applications which show on the Creative Cloud Desktop manager.  There was some problems with facilities to stall out, but they were router (fixed) partner.

  My question is: how to install apps that are not pre-populated on the creative cloud desktop application?  I use my web browser and the Adobe Download Center and click on the big button 'Download' blue - but the application does not appear in the desktop creative cloud Manager.  However, the Office of creative cloud 'pop' up towards the top of my open window.  Happens just nothing else.

  The thing I want to download first Pro CC.  It is not pre-existing in the creative cloud application.  I can't figure how to get it in there

  I am running Windows 7 Home Premium

  AMD Phenom II x 4 3.0 GHz

  32 bit

  I have tried these things:

  -Uninstalling the app creative cloud and re - install

  -The button 'Download' big blue 3 different browsers: IE, FF and Chrome

  -Restarting my computer.  Disconnect, then again.

  -Stop all downloads on hold and just clicking 1

  -Disable firewall and anti-virus, both at the same time (ouch)

  If your machine does not meet the specification tecniques for an application, the application will be not listed/offered in the Manager.  In this case, first Pro CC is a 64-bit application and your machine is 32-bit.

• Item does not appear on site online.

  I moved an element w/picture of the text box fill ((bkg transparent)) previously on my landing page of the site down, top to the left. He disappears with the effects of roll and opacity. No matter what I do - it's on the top layer, it does not appear.

  Here is the site now - www.affinitiv.tv - the issue is the frills w / the 'Scroll Down' down to the center of the page.

  I made the change to move it to the right of the bird with the ipad, but it is not visible whenever I saw the page or the site in the browser.

  I deleted the original item and recreated, but same problem. Stop Muse and computer - but no change.

  What is the problem with that? And if others have had the problem.

  I notice also other glitches that I've wasted time trying to find workarounds for.

  Issue seems to be with opacity in the effect of scrolling settings. Fade 2 is set to 1Px, so by default, it will be 0% opacity when the page is loaded.

  I bought a camera canon in November and a pack of 5 lightroom and adobe first 12 items were with the camera.

  Then I have 2 serial number and when I put the serial number of the first element to get the app, it does not, the error message said that "we cannot validate serial number please contact the customer service"

  But it is the right number and I don't know what to do...

  You may need to contact the person who sold the camera with this software to see what they can do to help.  Adobe did not, so there is no accounting at their end for what you received with your purchase.

• Moving video files from digital camera, date taken does not save

  On Win7 Pro I'm having a problem where when I move the files from my digital camera Canon or my Sony digital camcorder to HDD the date taken on the videos aren't save. It defines at the time I moved the hard disk instead. It comes to all the dates in the properties.

  It's only when I copy the video files keep everything file photo.

  All the files on the camera are correct but none of those on the hard drive.

  Ok. I had trouble to transfer photos from my old computer to my new computer.  The dates and times on the pictures changed.

  I finally got the moved and kept the correct dates on each photo.

  That's what I did:

  1. I opened the 'Pictures' folder on the old computer and click on "Select all" under the tab 'Edit' at the top.

  2. then I went to the "Edit" tab and choose "move to folder".

  3. in the next window, called '' Elements to move, '' I found the file that I wanted to move the photos to and selected this folder and then clicked on "move".

  4. all photos have been transferred to the new computer with the date and time correct.

  5. However, this deletes all photos from the old computer.  But I do not really need them on the old computer since I will be recycling with Dell.

  We sincerely hope that this information helps someone else, since I had a hard time finding how to do this task.

A detail is driving me crazy if is - most likely due to my lack of knowledge in this matter - that if I try to add a new item to my dataprovider in a changeHandler (recorded for the change event) the text for the ComboBox, textInput disappears - while adding item works perfectly.   try to add a new item and press ENTER. Taking the same code of myCB_changeHandler and to use it as a button click event instead of a change event handler gives the behavior that I'm looking, i.e. the new element appears in the field of textInput CB and when clicking on the button added to the data provider while does not disappear from the textInput. Is there a way to accomplish this same behavior in the change event handler?

• First 10 items does not work with the latest NVIDIA drivers, and adobe and NVIDIA will not solve the problem, why should I pay a fee to upgrade to the latest elements when you fix it, and I find myself with old drivers that affect the game?

  I have the question well documented with newer NVIDIA drivers impacting on the preview of the videos in the first 10 elements. Download driver of 5/2013 has solved the problem, however, there whims... which I do not think that I would have to pay for an upgrade of the elements to get rid of the question with my video card. What can we do about it? $89 for your problem is not something that I like...

  This is a user to user forum, so I'm not sure how to answer your question.

  Problems with the version 10 and nVidia drivers began about a year or two ago - when version 10 was already on two years and two generations of old. So I'm not sure that adobe is going to offer a fix for an old version of the program. Particularly when the nVidia drivers seem to be originally.

  Certainly, you can contact Adobe Customer Service and see if they go on you some sort of agreement on another version of the program. Or you can take a copy of old or second-hand version 11, 12 or 13 on Amazon or eBay for pretty cheap.

  I heard about people who work around this problem by loading a previous version of a driver from nVidia. But those who seem to be options. The least likely scenario is that Adobe will award a fix for a four-year program.

  I bought by download 64-bit pse10 and pe10, correctly downloaded and installed very well, I have a Toshiba 1 year i3 windows 7 64 bit laptop.  PSE10 works well, but when I try to run pe10 that appears on-screen before and organizer runs but new project will not, that if I go into Organizer, select a video and then try to burn a dvd with menu, pe10 loading screen appears with all the cmdlets that are being loaded and then just disappears. I spent 2.25 hours with tech support yesterday with no solution, I've updated all my drivers, latest version of quicktime installed, tried running in different compatibility modes, can anyone throw any light on this problem? Thank you in advance.

  Did you remove the graphics card of the first device manager? This seems to be the essential action required to install the generic driver.

  If a program is not available for editing in the application manager this means normally the machine is not compatible with the program.
