  I've always used Adobe Flash and never had a problem with it.  When I installed the latest version several months ago, I discovered that videos would not play at all. It's not fair, You Tube either; This is a site I visit. Six months of treaty which was too good, so I uninstalled, went online to look for an alternative and guess what?   YouTube is almost finished with the move to HTML5 (MP4). The reason thay did it must be accessible to viewers to phone and a tablet that cannot use Flash. JavaScript in their pages determines whether a browser has Flash Player, and if it isn't, the page will display the video in HTML5. That's why you see what you're doing here. NOT all websites have done however. Yahoo working on it, just like Hulu, Dailymotion and others. NetFlix is spent reading, which causes its own problems, if you have not INSTALLED SilverLight.

  Add to this mix, Microsoft has published (without any "real world" test) IE 11 almost two months (October 18) and it has been a nightmare to say the least. Pages/Sites do not recognize because they threw a code in it, and... If a page or site may not recognize the browser, he certainly does not plug-ins that it uses. No problem for the HTML5 video that does not require the player, but Facebook Pogo games and many other Flash sites require a browser and plug-in that the code acknowledges.

• Windows 10 videos will not play

  Just updated to HP Pavilion dv6 to graphics AMD Radeon HD 6620 G 10 Windows. Display driver first problem 15.200.1062.1002 fails to install during display package AMD Catalyst 15.7.1 update for Windows 10. Manage Windows devices show the installed driver is 15.200.1045.1. When I check for updates drivers Windows tells me that le.1045 it's later.  But the big problem is that none of the Windows 10 getting started videos will not work correctly. Some play only audio, some say that the video could not be decoded.  Adobe site tell me that I have the latest version of flash.  I even started Internet Explorer went to advanced options and tick the option to not use the GPU.

  By installing driver AMD Catalyst 15.6 Beta to win 8.1 has solved all the problems of video.

  Have a look at the last 3 letters of the video you've imported to Windows Live Movie maker (WLMM).
  That the last 3 letters represent the format of the video file. If the format is NOT supported by WLMM, he won't play it.

  Here are the formats supported by WLMM:
  Video files: .asf, .avi, .dvr-ms, .m1v, .mp2, .mp2v, .mpe, .mpeg, .mpg, .mpv2, .wm, and .wmv

  If your video file format is not on the list above, google for a FREE video converter and it allows to convert your video file.
  The best format to convert is WMV. The most reliable and foo-proof format.

  Recently, I have this problem: if I drag and drop a clip on the timeline of sequence for the first time, the sequence automatically creates all the parameters and the video plays very well. However, when I do a second clip on the timeline (exact same type of images, different plug), the video will not, place the audio will be.   HTTP 500 is an internal server error.  It seems that our IT people have corrected the problem, as I am no longer see it.

  If the problem persists, it may have something to do with cookies, or a third-party add-on (maybe a blocking ads or plug-in privacy?) which is causing some information on the State of the site to get deleted or corrupted.  You can try to delete your cookies or using the incognito private browsing mode to see if the problem goes away.

  There is a free feature that was originally black web pages, but there have been updates to block graphics drivers that were affected. I would first check to make sure that your graphics drivers are up to date. Update your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL

  I've been away from home - where I HSI and it works very well - for a few months, I plugged to the network sporadically awireless (sometimes just bad signal), with a lot of frustration.  A few days ago, I went to a place where I could connect to a hard (secure) wireless network and enjoyed the smooth navigation for about an hour.  Later when I tried to connect to the smaller network, unsecure, I couldn't open my network and sharing Center. Whether from the drawer or the Control Panel, a screen opens displaying nothing, but the circle of rotation.  The TASK MANAGER IS REQUIRED to CLOSE THE PAGE - it will not answer the close box. TM shows the centre network and sharing as 'running', although there is no indication on the screen, except the title and the circle of rotation.

  My laptop is a dv6t Pavilion with Windows 7 (64-bit)

  All the other files in the Panel seem to open and operate normally.

  Try to run Photoshop without loading third-party plug-in. hold SHIFT keys when you start Photoshop.  The missing module is not Adobe software.
