• Videos and music will not play with Firefox. I did what all said and it did not help!

  When you use google chrome, everything works perfectly. If you use Firefox, videos do not work, music will not work, and even video games on facebook do not work. I tried what the article told me to do, but it did not help. I even uninstalled and reinstall firefox and nothing. I really frustrated, I use Firefox for listening to music while I play games with google. Someone please HELP!
  Additional information: I have disabled all of the plugins, youtube started working. I advanced and compatible Flash, Silverlight and Java. Nothing is activated, and music and games still does not work.

  31 FF videos and Facebook had never played, so upgraded to 32 without change. After the update 32, Adobe Flash 15 current, cookies and cleaned cache, hardware acceleration disabled on the TOOLS, SETTINGS of FLASH and CONTROL PANEL and restarted with disabled modules - still no luck. It wasn't a problem with FF 28 nor currently a problem with Google Chrome.

  I have "loosened upwards' a couple of permission settings and now it works fine.

  The video and audio quality is just as good as my local drive.

  This must have happened with the last update.

• WMP has a VERY small video image that will NOT grow everything.

  A few months ago my WMP was not and is still not functioning. I deleted all versions of WMP, until I had the original that came with my computer (WMP5 or 6, not sure). I reloaded my operating system twice. I deleted, reinstalled, downloaded the latest and best several times. I still can't WMP to play a video properly. Even when I set the video size to "Fit screen" or "200%" video is still about 1/10 the size of the screen. To 100% normal size is about 1/20 the size of the screen. The video image WILL NOT grow anything.
  What should I do to get this corrected?

  You can try to download the file and save it to a location, and then try to play the video.

  Step 1:

  You can try to play the video in full screen and check.

  a. open Windows media player, and then click view

  b. Select full screen and check.

• Installed SP2 for Vista now Facebook will not load

  First, hotmail would not work, I have to connect each time www.login.live.com .  I used for any type of www.hotmail.com and would be redirected.  Now it will not redirect, I have to sign in each time.  As mentioned, Facebook does not charge or the other.  I don't see any other update that did these two things stop working, this happened at the same time, then SP2 update.

• subject of the sender will not be shown now

  I solved my problems of using «Forum» contact form Now, I am fine-tuning the confirmation page and it shows and what the recipient sees in their email program upon receipt of the contact form.

  I used a "sender_email" hidden with email as value. It works and is displayed in the confirmation page info.

  But, when I try to use the same format to make the object appear in the email of the recipient, I can either the subject appears in the recipient's email and do not appear in the confirmation page or vice versa.   You have an entry hidden with the name of 'topic of the sender' and it should simply be "submitted" If you want to have a topic that is predefined for all emails sent via this form. You should not use spaces in the names of the entries. Notice how Nate always use underscores in its documentation?

  If you use "subject", the script will add your text preset to the subject line of the message. On page 5 of the PDF manual of ProcessForm 3.0, you can see this illustrated and how it should be put in place in GoLive. Using it will not allow users to produce their own subject line - rather, it's so you can't have a subject field in the form and "hard-code" which will be the subject of the email. for example, 'Bulletin of the competition', 'Your comments' etc.

  I think I can help, first of all why the Panel is not clickable in FF.

  I'm guessing that you have created your video symbol by a drawing canvas, and then convert to symbol.

  The area you created becomes an invisible barrier when you convert it to a symbol.  The solution is to go to your video symbol and resize the area of 1px x 1px, then place it in the upper left corner at 0,0 position. This should solve the problem by clicking on.

  Regarding playback when appears not, I find the solution has been to use the feature. empty(). I posted my code above my sample of CreateDeleteYoutube.  You can download it to see how I did the job.

  To the best of my knowledge, nothing has changed in my system, no updates etc. When I tried to load FB screen seemed strange and would not load. I could not even access it from Google's Facebook Login page. The only way I can access FB is using private browsing. I tried deleating and reloading Fire Fox, I even installed version 16 in case there was a compatibility with something I knew, but it changed nothing.

  Many issues of the site can be caused by corrupted cookies or cache. To try to solve these problems, the first step is to clear cookies and cache.
  Note: This will be you temporarily disconnect all sites, you're connected to.
  To clear the cache and cookies to do the following:

  1. Go to Firefox > history > clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is displayed) go to tools > clear recent history.
  2. Under "Time range to clear", select "all".
  3. Now, click the arrow next to details to toggle the active details list.
  4. In the list of details, see the Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything.
  5. Now click the clear now button.

  Warning to reset Internet Explorer:
  Please note that reset the settings of Internet Explorer running resets all of the settings defined by the user, including those established by the installed extensions, toolbars and other add-ons for IE by default. This includes all the security, privacy and settings area. Also this will erase browsing history, delete all temporary Internet, cookies, form data files and especially all the passwords.

• Bug which means video event HTML5 will not play if you are using a skin

  There is a bug, easily reproducible, which prevents the HTML5 video work in certain circumstances.  I hope that someone can think of a workaround I can't tell my client that Captivate doesn't support video!  To see the problem:

  (1) start a new project of 7 Captivate

  (2) add a video of the event to the first page

  (3) add a skin to the video - I used clearSkin3 but I do not think that makes all the difference

  4) go to project-> skin Editor

  (5) uncheck the read command

  (6) either publish to HTML5 or HTML5 Preview in browser

  You will see the video only plays not - the reason is Captivate JavaScript code throws an exception: object doesn't support property or method 'modifyAlternativeAccessibleText' - and then not play or display the playback controls.

  If I put the video to have no skin (so play with no. controls at all) then it works, so it's not a problem of encoding or anything like that.

  If anyone can think of a solution where I can play the video of the event in HTML5 without control of playback from captivate project (but with the video) I would be very grateful!

  cp.modifyAlternativeAccessibleText () is a function that is not in the project files. First of all, I have commented the function call (8 places) and my video worked, the I have uncommented and added the function in the CPM.js file and it worked.

  Add this at the end of the file CPM.js and the magic:

  cp.modifyAlternativeAccessibleText = function () {}

  It is an empty function

  };

  I might add that 13 029 lines of code for a screen with a video about it is a little exaggerated as. See how you can achieve the same thing in a real page of HTML5 in a few lines inside the body tag. With zero javascript.

• How can I properly import the .mp4 videos? (LR4 will not import some of them)

  I have original .mp4s that have been made either with my GoPro (1st generation) or with a video camera (I forgot what kind) and the present seem to matter very much but the .mp4s I really want to import are revised versions that have been edited in Corel Photostudio in 1080 p or 720 p .mp4 windows also indicates that they are .mp4 his .mp4 also says file extensions, but when I go to properties the edited videos look as if they are audio files, but they play fine in windows media player (and I can see the video content) regarding unpublished originals; same thing I can see/play them very well.

  I don't understand why LR4 can't import it? I tried to do a conversion; but the conversion in the same resolution, keep there tend to want to high range to expand video and more grainy converted/upgraded versions ARE unwearable too.

  Y at - it that a .mp4 format specific/codec LR4 will no accept? If yes what is it?

  If the problem is that the mp4 out of Corel, is possible that you are using a flavor of MP4 which is not supported by Lightroom? Are there options for export in h.264 or something else?
