  It of great that you've made a video of your problem, most other users don t do that, but it makes history. :)

  In any case, it is really hard to say what part is causing this problem. Either it's internal display itself or graphics card. Easiest way to check this is connect an external monitor and check what is happening.

  So if it was a normal external VGA monitor image it seems to be the graphics card. This means that the motherboard must be replaced and this can be done from an authorized service provider. Then get in touch with the guy and ask for help.

  You do not see the thumbnail, but the big picture because the width of the thumbnail image is set to 500.

  What is your location.  The reason why I ask this is that your keyboard is set to the standard UK layout.  Looks like you have the keyboard for the U.S. keyboard layout.  Shift + 2 is the "on the UK keyboard, @ on the U.S. keyboard."

  To change the keyboard settings you must go to "Control Panel", then "regional and language options".  The first page allows you to set the number format and character relative to your location and also set the location.  Check these and modify accordingly so badly.  You want to then go to the second 'languages' tab and click on the button "Details".  Here you can set the default keyboard.  This changes if necessary.  This should, hopefully restore your keyboard to the presentation that you want.

  I have Windows 7 Pro x 64 SP1.

  Usually I have the taskbar large icons poster and I never combine the buttons on the taskbar.

  I have 6 icons pinned in the taskbar.

  Three of them (so the other three are OK), started all of a sudden (after years without problems), windows does not display the icon but a generic. Programmes are: Notepad, prompt command and Windows explore.

  If I switch to display small icons in the taskbar, the three icons pinned in question are then displayed correctly but once I return to large icons they become generic.

  Regardless of what size of icon is defined, when I click on one of the three pinned icons that the corresponding program opens properly and the correct icon appears next to the name of the program. When I close the program, the pinned icon: 1) correct (when the value of small icons) or 2) generic windows icon (when the value of large icons).

  I tried a bunch of stuff without success to restore the correct large icons: rebuild the icon cache by deleting the IconCache.db. United Nations-pinning/re-pinning; PIN rather than a shortcut exe files; change the size of icons and affecting the default value; SFC/SCANNOW and similar...

  Can you help me?

  When using drop/menu drop-down menus for example: bookmarks, top some elements do not display correctly. If I have the mouse on them appear, but as soon as I move the mouse somewhere else, they disappear again. I don't have the same problem on other applications for example: Internet Explorer.

  This only happens when you have your cursor at the beginning of the lines that are not the first line of a paragraph.  When you press the tab key, it seems that the model is changing, but the UI is not updated with the change.  So, if you change anywhere in the first line of the paragraph that you can see the tabs you entered are displayed.

• Encrypted and signed e-mail are not displayed correctly

  I managed to install a certificate from encryption of electronic mail on my Mac running OS X 10.11.4 but when I get an encrypted email and I open it in Mail it does not display security status, so there is no way of knowing that it is actually an encrypted email.  Enamel appears encrypted and signed icon on my iPhone and iPad with the installed certificates.  What configuration change I'm supposed to do to make this work/display correctly on Mac.

  If I delete the certificates then I get an e-mail with the attachment smile.p7m.

  I tried a bunch of different searches on the internet without a little luck to find how to fix.

  S/MIME support seems to be broken in the current version of mail. I don't know of a workaround and I don't know when it will be fixed.

  I started recently by using windows media player media sharing features and I wanted to share 2 seasons of a TV show from my office to my lap top, I added in, but after 20 minutes they still did not show again. They just take a while to appear here? And if so how long about?

  By "shadow", do you mean that the fields in the form have field highlighting like that?

  

  Acrobat Reader for desktop and mobile apps highlight form fields in a light blue to indicate that they are "to be completed.

  The domain highlighting feature is enabled by default.  It is not possible to disable it in the player of the mobile applications.
