  After having a bad start to my 1st 8310 I flipped to receive another ebay replacement (2nd hand) logo is O2, but it says that it has been unlocked to all networks by 3, I have a vodafone contract sim card - put it in I tried to download blackberry app as it was not preloaded, I went on the site sent me an e-mail link , which didn't work so I went out and bought a USB - downloaded Office softwafe to try to download it this way, I just get a message saying myphone does not - but my last 8310 has! can ayone help me?

  You need to update the operating system on your device.  Follow the instructions (exactly) in the first post of this thread to update your operating system later for the 8310.  This should solve your problem.

• BlackBerry App downloaded movies do not work after the software update

  Help! I updated my software Q10 for the last more grand month last on the network of T-Mobile USA and I just discovered that I can't watch the movies of the world of BlackBerry I downloaded last fall. It says that I have to reactivate the license or re - download movies from the world of BlackBerry. It worked for one, but the other 3 are not appearing in the world of BlackBerry. Is there something I can do?

  Using 3rd party virtual keyboards is not supported by BlackBerry 10.

  Thanks for the question.

  This can be fixed by disabling the synchronization of contacts Twitter.  Open the contacts on the BlackBerry Z10 and wide from top to bottom and open settings.  Turn off Twitter and all the other accounts you want to not see under contacts.

  Someone had problems with your calendar supported by Facebook events? I use the theme 'Today' to see the upcoming appointments. After that installation of Facebook, the only date seen is Facebook events - events even I erred on Facebook!

  I tried to uncheck the calandar in Facebook when installing on the BB.

  Any help would be spectacular!

  Unfortunately without the BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS), you will not be able to use the Facebook for BlackBerry app, or any other application requiring BIS, on your device.  Your only method to access Facebook on your BlackBerry, if you use only wifi is to access the Facebook mobile site at m.facebook.com.

  Sorry, the news is not positive, but at least you can use the WAP browser to view the mobile site.

  Have you tried to close the App Store application via the task bar of the unit, may also do a soft-reset/reboot of the device and re - try then downloaded the application?
