  Help! I updated my software Q10 for the last more grand month last on the network of T-Mobile USA and I just discovered that I can't watch the movies of the world of BlackBerry I downloaded last fall.   After having a bad start to my 1st 8310 I flipped to receive another ebay replacement (2nd hand) logo is O2, but it says that it has been unlocked to all networks by 3, I have a vodafone contract sim card - put it in I tried to download blackberry app as it was not preloaded, I went on the site sent me an e-mail link , which didn't work so I went out and bought a USB - downloaded Office softwafe to try to download it this way, I just get a message saying myphone does not - but my last 8310 has! can ayone help me?

  You need to update the operating system on your device.  Follow the instructions (exactly) in the first post of this thread to update your operating system later for the 8310.  This should solve your problem.

  Using 3rd party virtual keyboards is not supported by BlackBerry 10.

  Thanks for the question.

  This can be fixed by disabling the synchronization of contacts Twitter.  Open the contacts on the BlackBerry Z10 and wide from top to bottom and open settings.  Turn off Twitter and all the other accounts you want to not see under contacts.

  Hi, the thing is that my blackberry curve has got some kind of virus and the fact that I had to reset it. The virus has disappeared, but still as expected has been eliminated, inculding to my surprise, the app world. So I can't download any aplicattion like whatsapp, and I found it very frustrating.   Let me to this Counsellor... Once you have downloaded an app from AppWorld, even if you are not invited to do, once the app is installed, make a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart.

  Whenever I try to download blackberry app world coming up, I do not have the system requirements to download, I never had this problem with my old phone that broke, I'm currently using a torch BlackBerry 9800, is anyway that I can fix this? Low use of data manifests as a problem with this? Even if I use wifi?

  Normally, users would download App World by going in their browser on blackberry.com/appworld.  For users with software version 6.0 or later, like yourself, you instead go to appworld.blackberry.com.  I tested on multiple devices today successfully in all cases.  Good luck.

  I suggest that you clear the cache of the AppWorld application:

  1. open the App World

  2. go to my world

  3. follow one (and only one!) of these steps:

  3. for the BB keyboard-oriented - hold down the ALT key and press on, in the sequence R, then S, then T

  3B. for touch screen only BBs - hold the num-lock (! 123 button) so that it hangs and then press on, in the sequence 3, then 4, then)

  3 c for the most recent (e, g., OS6 and 7) BB s, see this KB:

  4 AppWorld must close.

  5. If your BB locks after issuing clear cache, do a battery pull reboot

  6. return to AppWorld/MyWorld (it can be slow, while it re - sync).

  If (4) stage arrives not as described, then the empty the cache failed.
