    Hi Julie,.

    1. is the issue limited to the pictures on your computer?

    2. make the computer desktop and other screens come well?

    3. what program do you use to see the pictures?

4 did you changes in the program before the show?

If the question is limited to viewing photos, you can use a different program for the same thing and see if the problem persists. You can use Windows Live Photo Gallery.

I know that I can't do jerry rig it to read streaming of photos, but this isn't what I really looking for.

    Any ideas?

  • View photos of an old database?

I found an old file of database iPhoto on an old record of 2007-2008 all about?

I'm guessing that all of these files have already been copied to my Lightroom library, but it is an easy way to view the contents of the iPhoto database? I have iPhoto on an old record, if I don't have the current version of Photos, but I'd rather not have to import all of the former base in Photo.

Any ideas/suggestions on the best way to handle this?

    Thank you.

If you open your old iPhoto photo library, it will create a separate photo library and not merge the library into your existing photo library.

But this will depend on the version of iPhoto that created your old iPhoto Library, if you can open it directly in the Photos.  You may need to run the iPhoto Library upgrade first on the library to prepare for migration, if the version of iPhoto was iPhoto 7.1.2 or more.

See this link: iPhoto 11: on the development of library

  • Can't view photos on my laptop

    Hello

I have a HP Pavilion Entertainment PC tx1218au runs on Windows Vista Home Premium and AMD processor and NVIDIA graphics card. I have installed the latest updates for my laptop. The problem I'm facing started more than a year back and is still in continuity. I downloaded photos on my laptop and the first steps, I was able to view and edit them with ease. Subsequently, I was unable to view the photos. Even when I load new pictures from my camera I am not able to view them. Photos donot seem to be corrupted. I tried to fix these photos to my email and opening the same on my desk and visualizing of my office. I have this desktop computer that runs on Windows XP and Intel processor. Whenever I try to open one of my photos with any of the other than Quicktime software, the laptop stops immediately and he dumped from memory and then start my laptop. When I opened these photos with Quicktime, it gives me a message that my image is corrupted and it cannot open this file. Most of the photos appear as corrupt on Quicktime, with the exception of a selection bit which opens, but in such a way that the picture is painted in blue or dark display some images. Because of this above problem, I am not able to work with my photos on my laptop. It is a big setback for me. Please advice on the solution to this problem. Thank you.

I uninstalled Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition to my laptop, and then restarted the computer and installed Adobe Photoshop back again. Now, Adobe Photoshop works perfectly well.

Windows Movie Maker doesnot seem to give problems after I've done the above.

Now I am very satisfied with the solution to the problem of mines. But I still need to work more on these photo software programs to be fully satisfied. Installation of Picasa 3 seems to have solved the problem. Not really understand how and why. This simply shows that the computer has a mind of your own. Something triggers a problem in there and it starts to behave strangely. Even something also triggered a solution for it and it starts to behave in a happy way. Computer becomes more human - unpredictable in his behavior.

Recently, I had a problem with my laptop, he wasn't able to play my cd player. He became unaccessable. I thought I had to replace my cd player. Then I discovered a way to do this. I just unplug my power cord for my laptop when not in service and connect to the time where I use it. This simple plug/unplug power plug wire did my laptop to access my drive to cd without any problems. Computer went nuts, isn't? Now that I'm able to see pictures of my new and able to get around with it, I'll try to keep my power plug wire connected to the laptop always and see if it makes a difference.

Thanks a lot for your help. I'll keep you posted if I encounter problems. I feel in all likelihood, the issue is resolved.

  • What is an easy way to eliminate duplicated on Microsoft Picture Viewer photos?

I opened my Viewer and noticed that many of the photos that I took of my Blackberry are displayed twice (the duplicate is right next to the original with a #2 next to the description).  It may have happened when I sync or back up my phone to my laptop.  It would be tedious to go through each photo and delete.

This can happen because you leave the old photos
on the memory card and they have been downloaded with
    the next photo session.

If all duplicates were #2 in the name of the file... do a search
the pictures to #2 and all folder delete them.

  • Vista/Viewer Photo Gallery print problem with canon ip2500

Can someone enlighten me on a problem of color photo printing quality.

Running a relatively new machine Vista OS and Canon IP2500 inkjet printer, photo impressions paper out of looking very weak and faded, if printed photo gallery / print Viewer.

However, the printer seems to work perfectly OK producing images all in color, if the same photo, for example, is inserted into a Word document and then print.

I can't find any adjustment managed to make in the printer driver software, to improve the situation.

Is there a known issue with this combination of technology, or someone at - it a solution for me to be able to print correctly from the photo gallery / print viewer.

    Thanks for any help,

    Gerry

    Hi GerryWise

You have the latest drivers installed for the printer?

I suggest you to make sure you have the latest drivers installed for the printer.

Also after you select print in Photo Viewer, windows or windows live photo gallery you will get a new window asking "How do you want to print your photos?

Here, you must select 'document Type' (default value is regular paper which will result in faded prints). Choose the correct photo paper for your paper stock settings.

Then, you may or may not get a "Print preview" window according to your printer settings, preferably with additional choices for setting printer. Check the preview as well and move forward.
