Is there something that can be done if you do not have the order number?

Hello Jeff,.

Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community Forum.

  1. Have you received a confirmation email after the order is completed?
  2. You have the product key sent through an email?

The order number is usually mentioned in the order confirmation email that is sent after ordering.

You can also have received an email carrying 25 product key of the alpha-numeric for Windows 8.

If you do not have all of the above, I suggest you to contact Microsoft Store sales and Customer Support.

  • I use Windows Vista Home Premium 32 - bit SP2. Is there a way to delete records of only updates of failed or cancelled in the history of Windows Update?

I use Windows Vista Home Premium 32 - bit SP2.

Is there a way to delete the records of 'detail' of only updates of failure or cancelled in the history of Windows Update?

I just installed hotfix for Windows (KB947821).

It looks like a lot of my earlier 'failed' and 'Cancelled' updates are automatically updated and installed, and successfully, I might add.

Some dates in some records do not seem much sense. I guess I'm looking for a way to select the records, I want to get rid of.

    Help?

    Hi Jeffrey,.

It's not really a taken way in charge to remove only the cancelled or failed updates. These are taken from windows logs and displayed in the history. Steps that Jose post is a way to remove all files in history and will remove all updates as well as a failed/cancelled updates successfully.

  • View the history of work

    Hello

Is there a way in sql developer can I view jobs running, and also a story knowing how long it takes to run each time.

TOAD was the Sched Job button in the schema for this browser, but I couldn't find one similar in SQL DEVELOPER.

    Thank you

Hi, button for the job history is not present in SQLD.
But you can use select SQL command * of dba_scheduler_jobs; for the history of employment. TOAD is probably using this source for the story of job.
Or you can use the Status Reports - industry jobs. These reports, you can copy and edit as a user defined report (change underlying SQL command).
    Best regards, Petr

Remove all excess icons (each of them, essentially) of the taskbar (lower-right)

As downloads fail, when you run the patch, choose it is the default mode when you run it the first time.

If updates are still not download after running it, then run it again and choose it's aggressive mode.

  • How can I clear the history in Windows Explorer at the same time?

    Hi all

If I right click on the Windows Explorer icon in the task bar, I see a history of the issues explored. How can I clear this list both? The only way I see is to remove each one folder at a time where I started but quickly realized that it would take a lot of time.

    SAL

I'm clearly not fire all wood today so I apologize once again.

These records listed are part of the jump list for Windows explore.  Right-click on the Start button & select Properties, and then select Customize.

At the bottom of the dialog box, set the number of recent items to display in jump lists to 0.  This will affect all the other lists of shortcuts as well.
