View the versions of supported cards 12:00

I watched the video (ViewPlanner - 2.1 - _Updates.wmv) on the new features/changes in Scheduler view 2.1.

One of the points mentioned in the presentation was favorable to MS AD 2008, but by reading the VMware View Scheduler Installation and User Guide - Version 2.0 - revised January 27, 2011 page 18 it is written:

  • Version of the server operating system Active Directory
    • Windows Server 2003 or 2008 Server, any version, service pack, any release, 32-bit or 64-bit.

It seems that this has been already supported.

The question I have is supported for Windows Server 2003 AD was deleted?  Because I tried to load the Planner view agent 2.1 AD on a Win2K3 R2 SP2 Server and it says that the version of the operating system was not supported.

In the Planner view 2.1, Win2k3 32-bit is no longer supported. You can use Win2k8 server to configure your ad server. You can also try using w2k3 server 64 bit.

In the previous version, was based on w2k8 server as ad server with a change in the special register. This registry change is no longer necessary in version 2.1 of view Planner.

  • How to view the version of the OS using Javaloader

I have 1 WindowsForm using c# coding. Using Javaloader to connect a device with computer, then, when using Javaloader I can load model Divce and PIN form, but OS worm I can't.

Please help me, show me how to load

    Thank you very much!

    Run:

    JavaLoader deviceinfo

In the results, you should see a line like this:

    VM version: 0 x 7010187

It is a representation of "hex" version. 187, converted to a decimal is 391. This means that the version of the OS is 7.1.391.

If the output is the VM Version: 0 x 5000384, the version of the OS is 5.0.900.

  • How read/view the image from SD card on the device

Can someone please pass on a link that has a tutorial for the playback picture from sd card on the BB device. Thank you.

Read the file into a byte array (let's call it data) using FileConnection (is there an example in the docs, enough to get you started), then call EncodedImage.createEncodedImage (data, 0, data.length) to create an EncodedImage.

From there, you can do with this image you want - BitmapField.setImage (), graphics.drawImage (), etc.

  • Bad support card stuff ;-)

I did plan to backup stuff (to implement Versions of objects).

I thought naively that the binary way was an object:

    ExternalizableHelper.toBinary)

However, this does not take account of the KeyAssociation.

Ben Stopford was able to dig me up a code that works:

    binary.getContext () .getKeyToInternalConverter () .convert (vKey)

Anyone can comment on that - is there a method 'allowed '?

    Best, Andrew.

    Hi André,.

It depends on what you want to do.

To convert a binary object, you should preferably use ExternalizableHelper.toBinary (object, serializer), where the serializer is retrieved from the appropriate Cluster Service (you should do this way, if you enable evenly POF in all the services, or if you use a custom serializer).

On the other hand, support card keys are not simple binaries. It may contain additional information such as decorations, including the partition in non-cloison-split support id cards distributed caches. To do this, you should indeed be able to handle the key association.

So if and only if you want to create a binary file that you can use as a key to a storage card, you must use the expression of BackingMapManagerContext.getKeyToInternalConverter () .convert (Object) .

Of course, if you want to convert an object into a binary file, which is used as a support card (which I believe can also be decorated, e.g. lock information or writeback status plugged), you must use a different Converter: BackingMapManagerContext.getValueToInternalConverter () .convert (Object).

The BackingMapManagerContext instance, itself can be retrieved by CacheService.getBackingMapManager () .getBackingMapManagerContext ().

  • How to display the version of the tools in the description of the virtual machine?

    Hello

I can view the version of the tools with this

    get-vm VMName | % { get-view $_.ID } | select Name, @{ Name="ToolsVersion"; Expression={$_.config.tools.toolsVersion}}

and I can insert text into the description field with this

Get - vm vmname name | set-vm-description "blah blah".

But I am struggling to understand how to enter the toolsversion in the description!  I know it is not difficult, but I'm a newbie to script.

    Thank you!

You can do it like this

    $vm = Get-VM
    $version = ($vm | Get-View).config.tools.toolsVersion
    Set-VM -VM $vm -Description $version -Confirm:$false

    or as a one-liner

    Get-VM | Set-VM -Description ($_ | Get-View).config.tools.toolsVersion -Confirm:$false

Then, I made two updates, which is version 10.1, then version 10.1.1.

But the version number, the second updates will not appear in the window "any administrator".

I know there is another way to view the version number, is using the Message window (Ctrl + M), which enables to see if my updates completed successfully or not.

But I forgot what was the command or syntax to display the version number in the Message window.

Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

    put version

Original title:  Install the new NVIDIA GeForce GT 240 graphics card but now gets error message regarding the necessary to the old card drivers ATI Radeon.

I just bought a new computer from AMD PHenom II quad core Dell Inspiron with Windows 7 installed. For the graphics card, an ATI RAdeon 4200 on it there but I wanted a more powerful card and installed a NVIDIA GeForce GT 240 graphics card. The ATI Radeon is not delete because honestly, I could not recognize what it should look like and thought that maybe it was incorporated. The fine installed NVIDIA card and now shows as the graphics card used by the computer Information System.

My problem is that whenever I start my computer, I get an error message saying that the drivers for the ATI card are not compatible with the Catalyst Control Center. I think I need to disable the ATI card, but don't know how. Can you help me?

Dell Inspiron 570 is a desktop computer, the ATI Radeon 4200 is an integrated graphics card chipset usually equipped with laptops. Something is not here.

Go to dell support, enter your tag # and get the origonal system specifications.

You can uninstall anything about ATI through Add/Remove dialog

  • MY DELL LATITUDE D610 HOW CAN I UPGRADE TO THE NEW VERSION OF WINDOWS? NOW IT IS WINDOWS 7, WHAT VERSION IS SUPPORT FOR USE WELL ON MY DEVICE?

MY DELL LATITUDE D610 HOW CAN I UPGRADE TO THE NEW VERSION OF WINDOWS? NOW IT IS WINDOWS 7, WHAT VERSION IS SUPPORT FOR USE WELL ON MY DEVICE? PLEASE HELP ME

Read this: upgrade Windows 10 Dell Latitude D610

Take a look at my answer, complete instructions.

Basically speaking, Dell officially supports Windows 2000 and Windows XP on Dell Latitude D610 (and other models of Dx10).

However it can really run Windows Vista and 7 at least, as long as you max out the RAM (2 GB, 2 x 1 GB, can be purchased at a great price in eBay) and install the drivers, in particular graphics drivers, look in Device Manager and see what drivers are needed manually.

If you're lucky to have a D610 with ATi graphics card then you can even run Windows 8 and 10 with all drivers available, and I can tell you that it won't be slow dog not unlike a lot of people say, I don't have something similar (a HP Compaq nx8220) in common use. Keep as lean as possible (not bloatwares, anti-virus etc.) system, and it will serve you well.

  • Mobile versions of supported GTX cards?

    Hi all

My apologies in advance if this is a stupid question. I searched the forums but you can't find an answer.

I noticed that the cards supported for GPU acceleration include the GTX 580 and GeForce GTX 570. Is this mean that the mobile versions of these cards are also supported out-of-the-box?

(I am aware of the debate surrounding the change of the text file of supported cards;) I'm still curious to know if they would be officially supported).

Or are the Quadro xxxxMs mobile graphics cards only supported?

    Thank you!

Or are the Quadro xxxxMs mobile graphics cards only supported?

    Yes.

  • Oct 2010 - what are the options for Cuda supported cards?

    Hello world

I was just on the Adobe Web site, and although they say that they update their list of supported CUDA video cards, I saw no change

    in several months.

at the moment (Oct 2010) what is the least expensive option available for options of CUDA enabled first?

    Thank you all!

    Dave.

    Dave,

Historically, nVidia made only the Quadro cards, both the GPU and the circuit board. These were sold as cards Quadro NVIDIA and extent limited by the PNY brand name, but always manufactured by nVidia.

All other video cards were manufactured by a third party who has obtained the GPU from nVidia and the basic specifications were dictated by nVidia. This is the reason that almost all third parties that provide any GeForce cards, Asus, GigaByte, MSI, PNY, eVGA, Point of view, etc. have almost identical cards, which differ only by security, cooling and clock speeds, but in large part, these differences are minimal, apart from the guarantee.

Recently, nVidia has decided to enter the market of GeForce too, where he used is limited to of Quadro, but that has changed now. It is generally considered to be good for competition, but only a name more in the long list of manufacturers, so initially the impact will be low.

To select a videocard GeForce, IMO, it depends on the price/guarantee. The rest is largely irrelevant. Even clock speed is a minor, when the tests so far do not show one more advantage of hearts or more memory, but which may be caused by the childhood of the EMT support.
