  Hello I had a lot of problems to make Vimeo to work with Responsories between my fluid breakpoints - I have defined it 360, 768, 1024 and 1020 breakpoints. What is happening is when using built in widget Vimeo muse and adjust the widget between breakpoints and then download the site, the widget allows to be played when the phone is held in normal use portrait video. When I'm on my iPhone 6 more, for example, the site load very well with the breakpoint 414. The fines of the video is played. However, then I tilt the phone in landscape mode, the video stops and breaks site for the next breakpoint. I managed to get one or two videos work very well on my site, but others have the same problem above.

  On the page below the first video works very well--you can tilt the phone in landscape mode and it continues to play as usual - on the other two videos - it doesn't - the video stops / site goes to the next breakpoint 768.

  What I can not understand, that is why the first video work and not the other two. I tried to create pages with scaled down the content to see if I can get the video to work right and it doesn't. This used to be an issue with Muse before the new version of reagent. Because my site has lots of one type of the members of videos I need to find a way to deal with this issue? all suggestions/guidelines would be appreciated. I did the widget extend to the width of the browser in each of the stitches if that helps.

  OK made some progress on this issue - but its not the solution I want - I think that what is happening is when you use the widget to say about 1200 downtime and scale down to each of the lower stop points - you this question - BUT if you copy the widget into the offending breakpoint and hide the original widget and then paste the widget of the memory - so it works very well in this breakpoint - I suspect that there is a bug with the widget / Muse because it works when the SAME scale inserted widget between breakpoints and will work if you paste a widget FRESH in the offending breakpoint - this should be fixed!

  If you use Adobe Reader, you will not be able to create a PDF file. Adobe Reader cannot create a PDF file, modify/edit the content of a PDF page or export the contents of a PDF page.

  For those, you must use Acrobat or one of Adobe's online subscription services.

• Multicolumn text box widget does not

  I followed the tutorial to the letter, and yet no results - I'm stuck with a single column box and having to manually create multiple boxes to get the columns, I need.

• Apple Widget does not appear in Safari

  I created a website in Muse who uses an Apple Widget. I downloaded the Business Catalyst site and when I open the site in Safari the widget does not appear. I opened the Chrome or Firefox Web site and the widget display correctly. If I save the site in HTML and open the file index.html in the Safari the widget browser works. Y at - it something I am doing wrong? Is there a way to download the HTML files to the catalyst for business or another way to download the site where it will work?

• YouTube Widget does not display video preview

  Dear all,

  I joined my YouTube sharing code in the YouTube widget, and the message appears: "unable to generate the thumbnail.  When I arrived to an overview page/site live, YouTube game box comes up, but he said: "year error occurred, please try again later."  I work with the last update on Muse on an iMac 10.10.3 with Java script active and the latest version of Adobe Flash player installed.  I've read all the bug reports on the YouTube widget, but they were all over six months, and I assumed that bugs should be fixed with the latest updates from Muse.  Any suggestions as to why the widget does not work and how to work around?  Nothing breaks down, but it's not just raising the video.

  Dear all,

  I'll answer my own question after a chat session with Adobe support.  When you paste into your video from your YouTube sharing area ID, do not enter the characters of https://youtu.be/ - simply enter your video ID characters that follow after.  After entering the ID correctly, the YouTube preview opens without a problem in my "Preview in the browser Site.  One small thing to lose so much time, so I write for everyone in the future and learn from!  I used to just copy and paste the full url, but don't here!  Good luck to all!

  You have used a form of e-mail field to create 'Appetite' section. This is the reason for which form registers an error as its not able to recognize an e-mail here entry.

  email form field is a required field for form of Muse. Please rename back to e-mail and also to create another field in form in the widget forum (go to the Option to form and enter a single-line text field) and it should work properly.

• Why the YouTube widget does not work?

  I have some difficulty working with the YouTube widget. Everything worked well with her two days ago (8/18), but since yesterday it stop working. All my colleagues are facing the same thing. The test button no longer works. When you tap on all we get is a black screen with the YouTube logo on the bottom right.   A few questions for you.

  Are you an edition to the HTML5 or SWF?

  Can you confirm that the widget is the most recent version? You can do this by clicking on the blue in the Properties Panel icon when you have the widget selected in the slide.

  Also, can you confirm for me that the YouTube URL uses the correct structure? It should be https://www.youtube.com/watch?v= and not the shortened structure https://youtu.be/ .

  The difference between F11 and F12 previews is F11 shows a preview using HTML5 and present F12 to preview using the Flash. The final publication should be the same as the preview of F11, if you are publishing on HTML5, but you need to run a local web server or publish the file published on a server to ensure that everything works the same.   Hey Urbano... I finally got the Bandsintown html code to work properly in Adobe Muse. I created a new white master with no background, images, etc. and applied to a new, blank page. Then I pasted the original HTML... with no changes and no additional graphics on the page. It worked... I could see all the information of the tour. Then, one by one, I added additional elements to the master page... as image background, menu, logo, etc. I kept it check each time I added an item until my page has been done. It worked. I have no idea, but I'm guessing it has something to do with the fact that "by default, the widget uses the styles of the page, in that it is included". I'm not a coder either... just determined to understand! LOL I hope it works for you.

  Recently, I have created several websites containing of simple forms of contact of Muse and they generate an error message and does not send. What happens on three separate, hosting sites. We have no solution to this problem with the host providers. Forms work on older muse sites we have with the same host again. They have recently tried to replace the form processing script as a solution without success.

  [Said:] "We were not able to simply replace the processing script of form with a new because of Adobe Muse having interdependencies with other scripts which appear to be based on an original work, programming and inserting our script breaks this dependency.

  Please let me know if there is a known compatibility issue with the form of muse widget and if there is a solution.

  Troubleshooting Muse form used on the servers of third party Widgets

• HTML5 video widgets does not

  I seem to have some problems with most of the html5 and Muse video widgets. One of these widgets of Muse-themes, musepen, 123muse, QooQee do not load the videos and videos are not visible when you preview the site or after the publication of the site. This seems to be a new problem that I had no such problem in the past.

  The video widget full width of Muse-themes doesn't seem to take herself. If I add a video widget from musepen on the same page, then to that of Muse-themes is load.

  When I add my mp4 and my webm files, I get always an error message that the video can not be charged due to network issue or because the format is not supported, or it shows loading but never play in preview. I tried all browsers with the same result.

  After hours of trying, I managed to somehow get the widget from mnusepen playing on all the browsers on your desktop (Mac). However, the video does not play on iPad (Safari or Chrome). Is just a blank page. Ditto for Chrome on Android phone.

  Support of the muse tells me that they offer no support for these widgets, and they have no solution to the problem. I don't know what is happening and how to fix this problem. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.

  After looking at the link provided by you, that I have observed that your video is set to auto-play and if you check out the links below then you would realize that android and iOS devices have some limitation with auto-lecture videos.

  I advise you to avoid using the AutoPlay option in the phone and table of layouts for your site.

  The Tumblr widget you choose works only, when you have published your site, because it needs support of PHP. This mesns, you cannot use the "Preview" or "Preview in browser" functionality of Muse. And: this widget will not work on a Business Catalyst site hosted, because BC does not support PHP.

  On the audio player I have csn can't say anything due to lack of experience.

  I wanted to test my form widget so I entered a wrong address (.c instead of .com) but it does not detect not like being wrong.
  The form has been sent successfully... Anyone know why this is happening, or how can I fix?

  The simple answer is you can't do it with the built-in form widget, it can only ensure that the email in the proper format.

  There may be 3rd-party solutions who ask the mail server to see if the address of the recipient is valid.
