  I did it and it works for me, so I think I should share it so that people who have faced the same question that I can give it a try.

  Basically, just uninstall the Photoshop and creative cloud, then rename the folder SLCache SLCache_old. Restart your computer once and then re - install everything again. (CC and PS)

  It should work.
