  Outlook Express must be installed with Windows XP by default.  If you go to Start, then all programs , it should be in the list.  Let us know if you need assistance, but it should be there.

  This problem occurs with the 64-bit application as Acrobat is a 32-bit application making it incompatible to insert objects into a MS Word 64-bit application.

  As a workaround solution insert the object as a 'Create New' rather than create a file.

  the utility tells me I have no decoder... the only thing I can think is that if I actually deleted it... I rarely remove anything because I do not add a lot... but it is possible a few weeks ago, I have to get rid of some things (I'm quite cautious because I'm not an expert).   It is the Media Player version 11, I was trying to use... but I rebooted now 10 to see if there was something to update related that mess.

  I have several servers which are all Windows 2012 R2.   They don't have internet connections, so I have to install the patches manually.  I have download the HF from the download page of the ISO (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/913086) every month.    I collect them and install in a facility in bulk during a release cycle (once or twice a year).   I just realized that no. HF have installed since JUNE 2014.  Each HF that appears in the directory WindowsServer2012R2 do not settle with a message "the update is not applicable to your computer.  Which is fine if that was true, but... I get this message for each HF ISO since June 2014.  NOT a single HF, it's applicable to my computer.   Would this be the case?  No HF apply to my 2012 since June of 2014 server systems?

• Validation problem: Lightroom 6 ' serial number provided is valid, but calling it a product was not found on this computer.

  I downloaded and installed 6 Lightroom to my new computer.  It will not be validated.

  I get a message "Serial number provided is valid, but calling it a product was not found on this computer.

  You have entered a serial number update for version 6.

  To verify that you qualify to use the serial number upgrade, Setup Lightroom 6 tried hard disk for a previous version of Lightroom installed.

  Because he could not find a previous version, it is now asking you to enter the serial number from a previous version (version 5 or earlier) so that you version 6 update serial number can be accepted.
