Voice match

Hello. I have two sets of records that have two voices singing different chorus. But the problem I have is that I want the second chorus of records to sound like the first voice of the choir. Anyway this is possible?

Sorry, not really. According to how they are different, you may be able to use things like EQ or a change of tone light to make them even a little more, but the original character of the voice is always going to carry.

Thinking aloud, could it works to add some sort of special effect for the two (reverb, flanger, that sort of thing) which will be a little more distinctive than the voices themselves. Or is it two different pieces or the same chorus only by two different voices? If the last, perhaps you could combine the voices for both versions have the same voice? If that could possibly work, hearing has a tool for automatic alignment neat speech that could help with synchronization.

ASA 5505 interfering with incoming calls - Cisco - Spiceworks #entry - 5716462 #entry - 5716462

All,

We had this problem the phone when we lose connectivity for some reason any. Here is an example:

We have an ASA 5505 before our UC560. Power lost to ASA (power connector from main Board loose) primary did identical backup with config. The layout-design is the following:

UC560<--->ASA 5505 Cisco IAD24523<--->(provider)<---WAN(3 bonded="">

After the passage of the ASAs, incoming calls have been piecemeal. I can see the traffic on the firewall when the calls log, nothing otherwise. OS on the device are:

UC560 - 15.0 XA (1r).

ASA 5505-4, 0000 38

Contacted the provider and after calls debugging support have been expire with the 408 SIP error.

Release with support from Cisco and after debugging UC is to launch the SIP 487 disconnect error.

So based on the above and the only variable being the ASA, I'm fairly certain that it is indeed the ASA. Here is the config ASA (it's pretty long, sorry):

Output of the command: "show run".

• Call Cisco UBE is not received endpoint

Hello

I am tryng to install what UBE between two GUY, the idea is that R1 will send the call to the CUBE that will send the call to R2 (following a pattern). Earlier today, when the call is sent to R1 call is received for CUBE but resemble the call is not to send to R2, even when leaving to R2 dial-peer is matched. I installed a phone in CUBE and I can can appeal to R2 using the same outgoing dial peer match R2, so I don't know why CUBE isn't a R1 to R2 call diversion

Schema:

H323 H323

R1 ----------------> CUBE -----------------> R2

DN = 2...                                           DN = 3...

Debugging

======

Call is received of R2 and outgoing dial-Exchange R2 files is put in correspondence, but call for R2

Concerning

Technically, this isn't a CUBE configuration. The calls come in via a VOIP dial-peer and they are sent to a pots dial-peer.

Can you get debug voip ccapi inout of R2. We have to see what happens when the call comes in on this router and why the call disconnects.

If you can put the debugging in a text file and join here it will be better to post directly here

• Can I match the quality of separate voice messages?

Background:

I create a narrative collage of two separate books. I'm slicing and cutting books in clips and then rearrange them in a new story. Audio books are read by the same person, so the new narration will appear seamless. The audio is in the public domain. You probably get this a lot: I'm a n00b audio. I played a bit with the graphic equalizer, but I know I'm missing something.

Problem:

Among the audio books has excellent storytelling. The other was of poor quality. I know it is probably impossible to get a perfect match, but I want to approach it. The narrative collage seem not transparent if the other book looks very different.

Good voice recording: https://librivox.org/the-diary-of-a-dead-officer-by-arthur-graeme-west/

Bad voice recording: https://librivox.org/after-london-or-wild-england-by-richard-jefferies/

Is there a combination of effects that will get the bad voice about the good?

Any help would be greatly apprecited. If you are kind enough to answer, expliain as I am a five years, because with regard to audio editing, I am.

I had the chance earlier I realized - this is what I discovered work better on the files of 'bad '. I also used a CC, but I think it will be the same on CS6. For any other version, you may not be able to do it like this because of the lack of effects Rack. In any case:

You must do two things. The first is at the door of the horrible artifact on the signal and that you can do a reasonably effective with the dynamics processor. Given that we are unable to share the settings more easily in the form of files (this is supposed to be a kind of an advance?) I have to tell you how to set it up from scratch:

• Open the dynamics processor
• Select the preset 'by default'
• You have a diagonal line through the square on it about - 20dB
• Move this place on the line with the mouse for - 55dB (using the scale on the right). Make sure it stays on the line - you can tell if you did this because you will not see the green line below.
• Now where it says "2" below on the line, click and add another point. Drag it to the bottom where it says - 60dB
• You should now have a line that descends from the corner higher RIGHT up - 55dB, from where it descends quite strongly to the bottom of the chart, he hits to-60 dB. Record what call a preset - 'book', or whatever - which is not too serious.

The parameters are actually quite critical, particularly the - 55dB one.

Then, open the Studio reverb effect. Select the preset "room atmosphere 2' and the only thing that you must change here is the wet setting at the bottom - it set at 7%.» Save this as a "Preset" - same as above.

Now, open the effects Rack. In the first place put the dynamics processor, then select your preset. In the second slot, put the Studio Reverb, with the preset selected for this. Now it is under a preset in the effects Rack. Now, you have to do to apply to any file simply just use the predefined effects rack you saved - everything else will be remembered, but each parameter is also kept independently, which peuvent prove useful. Once the effects rack is open with your preset, you can preview the effect while playing the file normally. If you are happy, go back to the grid and go 'applicable', using the setting "any file". Save the result as a new wav file (absolutely not MP3 at this point *).

Personally, I think that if you want the two readings to the same sound, you may need to apply the effects to the good and bad files Rack - which make it much more homogeneous. You can also consider adding a little low-level stereo, surround if you can find a suitable track - it would overshadow the differences even more.

HTH

* Why not an MP3 player, it's that you should always modify the resulting. Every time that you save it in MP3 format, it must be re-encoded and this translates into a loss of quality with each pass. So store your intermediate files as wav uncomressed files and only return to MP3 for distribution. That way maximize you the improvement that you did.

• Audio level of the Voice-over element does not match level of audiometers

I speak in my external USB microphone and create an audio clip of the voice-over. The audio level of the clip is too low - the voice is too quiet, so I climb the audio level in the clip.

But it still sounds too low, especially on the meters, which are reading down below-12. So I try to push the audio level of the clip all the way to the top. Now, in the clip, the tops of the audio track are red and are cut.

But out there on the meters, it's another story. Counters show no break at all; in fact, they show the audio level between-6 and 0, which is where I want it to be. And the voice and the words sound very well in my helmet - I can't detect any cutting or other abnormalities.

So what should I do, leave audio level of the clip pushed all the way upward, with the red list of the peaks and cut and go through the meters, which show that it is very good?

Who should I believe, warning of the audio sound is distorted or indication the meters that everything is good with the fact that it sounds good?

Tom B.

Occasionally, I had this problem.

The actual meters seem to stop at 0db and never go higher despite the audio tracks, display of the peaks above 0 dB.

Try to play the clip/s in question backward.

I remember that DV is an offender of this audio oddity.

Can you tell us what are the specifications of the clips?

As much as I know this problem is not resolved.

• How can I match voice with beat?

Yes, as in this video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mMRMzOTmn2E

Original video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z4FU1UQlOC0

How to do this?

Hearing is probably not the best audio software to achieve this. It could be done, but would take a lot of manual work to find and extract the audio singing parts you need to make the vocal track. Some of the afternoon music software like Fruity Loops, acid or Ableton have more has to beat detection, split and sampling etc. that you need for your project.

• Screen messages sharing: use a helmet causes a loss of voice.

Hello I have used successfully for several years of screen sharing. Recently, any time I use headphones when using my audio screen sharing past not by the person I'm screen sharing with. No problem if I don't use the helmet. At first I thought that my helmet was bad, so I got a replacement of the typical Apple headphones that come with the iPhone. Audio microphone and voice work fine with iPhone so no problem there. Very strange. Anyone having this same problem?

Hello

Do you want to say helmet ordinary (without microphone) or you are talking about headphones?

Also, what is defined in system preferences > output when you make this change?

This corresponds to the message parameter > preferences > Audio/video section and the choice of output?

In General, it must "match".

• problem in the voice in inspiron i5 3537

I have inspiron i5 3537 (windows pro 8.1) and as you know there is no (VGA/Out), so I bought a new cable for the same problem, the problem is when I connect this cable with the laptop voice turned off suddenly and don't want to appear either in video or something else (the images and other things like power point and programs work well on the lcd projector and the connected screen but without) voice)

Plug the HDMI cable and let the speakers stop working. Then, open the sound dialog box (right click the audio icon on the taskbar, and then click play, or select sounds in the control panel).

In the list of devices, you should see "speakers". Right click on the speakers and set it as the default device. See if you can get audio on the speakers in this way.

If you are able to get audio on the speakers, then insert an audio cable into the headset and the other end of the cable to the external device, you want the sound to come out.

("Câble" I hear a cable fitted with a 3.5 mm TRS Plug one end of it see the photo of the type of card - the card looks the same as a headphone jack for a). The other end of the cable must have a card that matches the device to which you are connecting. It could be a TRS jack, or he might have taken CINCH.

But if you don't get the sound from the speakers while the HDMI cable is connected (as described above), forget the audio cable because it won't work in all cases.

• Recognition voice blackBerry 10

Hi, I just went from a 9790 BB to a new a Q10 of BB.

I think the software is fantastic, but I am very frustrated of the speech recognition.

I only use it to call while I'm driving, so (I'm Italian):

CHIama NOME

He'll NEVER understand one of the family name!

With the former, he understands perfectly everytime...

I think (this is my impression) that the old one try to match the word speech with the information in the address book. Then a new one, instead, it seems that to interpret the voice with a database on the internet without worrying the addressbook.

Is this good? Is it possible to improve this? Or will you deploy a new version?

Thank you

When you upgrade to the new OS 10.3 (soon, I hope) the virtual Assistant is much better recognition.

• Voice mailbox for a call center?

I am having some problems where for my call center messages go to the wrong mailbox. I don't know if we have this set up correctly. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a Point of road SIC x 2288 (release of matches by the IPCC)

I have two boxes of 2288 and 2287 unity voice mail.

Now when someone calls technical support, they get the CSQ technical support or AutoAttendant CSQ (both are by the IPCC). When the appellant needs to leave a message, the call flow was designed to go to 2287, 2288 is a pointer of the unit until the Point of road of CTI. Can I have a voice mailbox configured to 2288 and remove the 2287 script? (A parameter, it is so easy to change). I'm not sure if change that will place the loop... call voicemail point to CTI road... that sends to the IPCC... to leave a voice message, they are transferred to 2288... who sends point routing CTI...

How did he know to take a message, instead of to the front to CallManager?

Is there an easier way or to create a mailbox for a call center?

Normally, the voicemail box must be different from the CTI RP DN.

So I think your configuration could be correct.

If your CTI RP pointing to CRS is 2288, in the sript that you tap voicemail DN, if this would be the same, then you will need to make sure that the CTI port doesn't have access to CTI 2288 Point Road, to the parition assigned to CTI route point poinitng to VM. I would you recommend leaving the voicemail as 2287 box so that way you don't have to worry about the possible loop.

What was your reason to change the voicemail box?

Chris

• BlackBerry Smartphones voice dialing

My voice dialing won't stop. I could not escape because my trackpad and the keys do not work. Please help me! :'(

If your BlackBerry® device identifies several possible matches for a voice command, your device offers a list of possible matches, or a list of choices. You can turn off choice lists so that your device always selects the best match and dials the number of the phone automatically.

1. On the home screen or in a folder, click the Options icon.
2. Click voice dialing.
3. Set the list of choices always offfield.
4. Press the Menu key.
5. Click Save.

I confess that I have not read your config in detail, but a few tips:

-If you do split tunnel, don't forget to push a route for the entire pool VPN subnet or subnets of VPN clients

-Make sure you have the same-security-traffic permitted intra-interface

http://www.Cisco.com/c/en/us/TD/docs/security/ASA/asa81/command/ref/refg...

-If you use NAT, you must exclude such NAT inter-VPN-device traffic

-If you have ACLs (not shown) do not forget to leave your pool VPN subnet is talking to himself. Generally, it would be in the ACL entering the external interface.

at the end of the packet - trace is your friend.

• How can I get voice and data to work with the ASA 5505?

Here's the issue I'm having. Can I get a Cisco 7940 to work behind one site to another configured ASA 5505 and I can also get data to work behind it. However, when I try to create a separate Vlan for voice and data, it does not work. Our voice VLANs on our remote sites are 172.30 and data are 172.31, when I put the inside interface with 172.31 data will work and when I on it 172.30 voice will work. I upgraded to a security more license and tried vlan3 created as voice. I have the data to the top and work but I can't get vlan3 to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Peter,

Note that access list names are case-sensitive, so you've actually done something different from what I proposed.

Please do:

no nat (Corp_Voice) 0-list of access vpn

No list of vpn access extended permitted ip TESTvpn 255.255.255.0 everything
IP 172.30.155.0 255.255.255.0 extended vpn access do not allow any list all

extended VPN ip 172.30.155.0 access list allow 255.255.255.0 any

NAT (Corp_Voice) 0-list of access VPN

In the case where you did deliberately, for example to separate the 2 acl: note that acl VPN (upper case) is also used in the encryption card, where you cannot add a second LCD.

So if you want to separate you, you will need 3 access lists:

list of access data-vpn ip TESTvpn 255.255.255.0 allow one

voice-vpn ip 172.30.155.0 access list allow 255.255.255.0 any

access-list all - vpn ip TESTvpn 255.255.255.0 allow one

access-list all - vpn ip 172.30.155.0 allow 255.255.255.0 any

NAT (inside) 0-list of access vpn data

NAT (Corp_Voice) - access list 0 voice-vpn

outside_map 1 match address all vpn crypto card

Don't know if this was also clearly to my previous message, I recommend you to replace the "all" (in each of the ACL lines) to something more specific (i.e. a remote network, or group of objects that contain the remote networks).

HTH

• Get speech recognition error message could not start because the configuration of the language is not supported, the language must match the language of the user interface

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit, when I run speech recognition it fails and the following message appears,

Voice recognition couldn't start because the configuration of the language is not supported, the language must match the language of the user interface.

I tried to change the language, then back to British English, but the problem is still there, I'd appreciate any help with this problem

Is there a solution to this problem yet?

• Interview with Matching & combining 2 files Skype

I recorded an interview of Skype 1-on-1 with 'Ecamm Call Recorder' - I would like to combine 1 & 2 below (mp3 files, if it matters):

(1) consumption combined:

- My guest registered BOTH of our voices on the 1-way.

-His voice came out great, but mine is of lower quality, and I would like to replace it with the version of superior quality of mine below (excerpt 2)

(2) my voice only

-Registered at my side, I like to use in the final Assembly of high quality

-If it helps, I also have a 3rd clip of his voice alone (not as good quality combined clip 1, so don't think that we need this, but thought I would include in relevant cases)

Two conversations are identical to each other (from the same record) but my version has a silence 10 sec at the beginning (which I can use to sample of noise to change it later) and it would be useful to know how to match automatically if possible.

What I want to do:

-Combine clip 1 (both of our voices) with clip 2 (just my voice)

-Match so I I the voice of high quality of my comments & high quality of my recording voice

-Ideally, I would be able to shut in clip 1, so I can edit content later as 2 channels. For example. If I want to keep silence saying things while we are talking together. Not sure if it's possible.

Here, any help would be greatly appreciated!

You will need to place your different audio recordings on two separate tracks in multitrack view. You will then be able to change and fade between both ends of the conversation. Follow the tutorial below to see how to do it.
