  Icons in Gmail will not correctly displayed in Firefox at all zoom levels. The problem does not occur in less than 150% zoom levels or levels of zoom to 200% or more. Levels of zoom between (150%) correct icons are not displayed until the mouse passes on their location.

  The attached pictures show screen shots to 140% (OK), 150% (problems shown, before moving the mouse), 150% (problems shown, after moving the mouse), 190% (problems) and 200% (now OK again)

  The problem was not resolved by disabling extensions, go to mode without failure or update Firefox.

  Firefox and extensions/plugins are all fully patched.

  You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

  • Tools > Options > advanced > General > Browsing: "use hardware acceleration when available.

  You will need to close and restart Firefox after enabling/disabling this setting.

  Probably put you the folder in the normal position inside the music.  Launch iTunes while holding down the option/alt key and navigate to the iTunes Library.itl file in the folder that you moved.

  What is your location.  The reason why I ask this is that your keyboard is set to the standard UK layout.  Looks like you have the keyboard for the U.S. keyboard layout.  Shift + 2 is the "on the UK keyboard, @ on the U.S. keyboard."

  To change the keyboard settings you must go to "Control Panel", then "regional and language options".  The first page allows you to set the number format and character relative to your location and also set the location.  Check these and modify accordingly so badly.  You want to then go to the second 'languages' tab and click on the button "Details".  Here you can set the default keyboard.  This changes if necessary.  This should, hopefully restore your keyboard to the presentation that you want.

  Loading Google Maps, either directly, or where they are incorporated into other sites, orders pan and zoom are not displayed.   Problem solved by 'Reset Firefox'. Before that, tried "Safe Mode", no difference. Not aware of the limits on the cookies or the memory usage. Controls on the left (Pan, zoom) for Google Maps were good here and in usual and sizing correct positions and could be found with the cursor and activate it, but 'ghosts' that were not display. Same problem if the content was maps or satellite pix. Reset solved the problem.

• My icons are not displayed and I can't right click.

  When I start my computer the only thing that appears is the program folder. I can see the documents, photos, etc. If I close or minimize this window, I have no icons, no background, no toolbar, nothing. I don't have a right-click option either. When I try to right click to maybe spend a setting or something that nothing happens. Any ideas?

  Click the Pearl (Start) button on the desktop in the search field type cmd (do not hit enter) right click on cmd.exe and select run as administrator once in the prompt type sfc/scannow

  Once the scan completed (perhaps 30 minutes) take note if she was able to find corruption and she was able to repair, restart and see if your icons are back.

  It is XP/SP3 with all updates.  Everything seems to work, it's just that there are no icons on the desktop!

  If the system has installed Service Pack 3 and you have a XP installation CD is an older MS if you want SFC to run quietly, you can use your old XP CD to create a new CD to install XP with SP3 "listened slip" in it.  You will also find have such a useful thing in the future.
