I just lost the volume control on the screen that appears when you turn the volume upwards or downwards. I can't find the software/driver to be installed to make it work.   To get visuals on the screen, you will need to download and install MediaSmart SmartMenu here (version 3.2.1.12 for 32/64-bit Win7).

  Before you do that you must have installed at least one application of the MediaSmart software package. The best choice will be in my opinion:

  MediaSmart DVD here (version 4.1.4328 for 32/64-bit Win7)

  Above solution have one flaw. When you adjust volume for example while playing games or videos online then the current window will be inappropriate to display visual effects. If this can be annoying you then uninstall system MediaSmart software and use another product that is:

  3VRX here (version 2.5 for 32/64-bit Win7)

  If you work frequently with users of Excel, you can consider using Excel for Mac.  Although numbers can import/export from/to Excel it is not designed to be an Excel "clone".

  About the touchpad, start by downloading the latest installer Synaptics driver on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.

  I'm experimenting with excel and labview and I want to open a spreadsheet by name.  I created a project with a main vi where I hit a button to start the process.

  When this button is hit an event handler opens my Subvi who actually asks for a file, then scans all journal names and then in this sub - VI, I have an another Subvi who appears and gets this journal names.  When I hit OK it must close and the first Subvi should continue.  This everything works fine and I am able to read the name of favorite sheet but does not close the Subvi requesting the name of the sheet read.  When I run this Subvi in itself then it closes when I hit ok.

  I added the whole project here so if someone could have a look and tell me what I am doing wrong I would appreciate.

  I have a HP1428 DV7 ca, Win 7 Home Prem 64 bit running. Recently my volume control seems to have achieved a clean mind. At first I thought it was related to HP MediaSmart, so I removed it.
