vs installation activation

I just installed Microsoft Office 2010 on my new computer.  I have Windows 7 on it.  Does that mean I have turned it on or is this another step and if yes how to do because on the activation on the phone number, he asks for a number of installation 6-digit...

Microsoft Office requires its own product key for activation, just as Windows requires its own product key.  In order to activate the office, you must enter the product key when you are prompted.

When you purchased Office, you should have received the product key for this.

  • Adobe Creative Suite CS3 Installation Activation/deactivation

Our school district has purchased a site license for Adobe Creative Suite CS3. However, as we know, computers spoil our deactivation was not possible. How can I fix the software asks for us to disable a dead computer so that we can install it on a new computer?

LachelleBryan I'm sorry you are facing difficulties to install Creative Suite 3.  I saw the serial number you provided in the case where 0218971788 and serial number is a serial number of volume for Creative Suite 3.3 Web Premium for Windows license.

As serial number is a serial number of volume license there are no activation installed or limit activation to reach.  You will need to use the volume license installation files or you will receive an invalid serial number message.

You can download the installation of license volume of https://licensing.adobe.com/files.  You will need access to the site with an account that was previously provided access to downloads.

  • Procedure U410 Windows 7 Installation & Activation

    Hi all!

My company bought some portable U410. It was delivered with Windows 8 is installed on.

Our company is Windows 7 Enterprise.

Then I try to boot from the Windows 7 DVD installation I got the error message about 'unsecured boot device. "

I past option "Startup Type" in the BIOS to 'Legacy Support' and "The legacy first" then I could boot from the DVD and install Windows 7 on the laptop.

But after that, I try to activate Windows 7 with our VL key on KMS of Enterprise Server and get the error message on the Windows marker incorrectly, built into the BIOS.

I try to flash the BIOS to version 65cn21ww as recommended on your support site and get error 233.

If I understand correctly it means that I tried to downgrade the BIOS version.

    Current BIOS version is 65CN90WW.

What I should do to address following questions:

    1. laptop does not start to Windows 7 using the UEFI.

    2. I can't activate Windows 7 with VL key, because the laptop has Windows 8 marker biulded in the BIOS.

    Thank you for the advice!

  • After XP SP1 installation, activation of windows and upgrade to SP3, Microsoft Security Essentials said that I need to get Windows Genuine?

My brother-in-law gave me his laptop Dell Latitude D610 to work on. It was loaded with virus and almost completely non-functional. I installed an old windows XP Home Edition SP1 upgrade disk (I had to insert my plu too Windows 98 disc) on it because I had no original disks supplied with the computer. I am therefore perfectly legal with that.  I installed it and I activated it until I went through updates. When I finished updates of service pack to download SP2 to the execution of the method to update to SP3. I tried to install Microsoft Security Essentials however it would not load and said I had to VALIDATE windows. I already got it activated prior to all other updates. How can I fix it? When I try to validate windows all I see is a white screen, so I can't go any further!  So basically I have 2 problems I need to validate (the computer says that Windows is already activated when I click on the button "Activate Windows"). And I get the white screen when I try to validate... Please help I know it's legal software, just old.

  • new installation activation of Windows 7 pro sp1

"friends, I have a new installation of windows 7 pro 64 sp 1 who came (oem retail price, newegg) in a sheet of cardboard with the product key in a small gray tag that resembled all intents and purposes be paper that you would remove with the tip of a nail... not quite as easy to do, and some damage was done to the registration... the key is printed in a space less of 5/8" x 1/4 "and I need a magnifying glass 5 x to see at all... I tried to activate with what I see, which is the biggest part of it, as well as what some letters/numbers might be in place.  I had no luck at all... my old version of windows 7 came in a nice box in protective plastic with key printed on the "regular/old" security Strip and was easily readable... This copy came in a slip box no lining or anything to protect the disk... and now, all the info is on a small sticker barely readable with no instructions on how to remove the cover of this book on the product key... anyone has the info on what to do in this case... I've seen comments with other people complaining of the same issue... any help would be greatly appreciated... Thank you

  • Problem installation/Activation of Windows 8

I bought a Version upgrade of Windows 8.  I installed it on a new PC that I built and I expected, he asked for the license number of the previous Microsoft OS and I had this loan.  Unfortunately, he did not ask this number and installed Windows 8.  However, now he tells me that I can't use this drive for a clean install.  I tried to uninstall, but I can't figure out how to do this.  I tried to run over with my Windows 7 disc and a disc of Windows Vista which has never been used and is fully licensed (it was gave me by Microsoft for userability essay on the Redmond Campus), but nothing seems to work.  Can you help me?  Thank you very much.  Larry Miner

This isn't how to qualify the upgrade of Windows 8.

To install a Windows 8 upgrade version, you must already have Windows 7, Windows Vista, or Windows XP installed on your PC.

If you have formatted the drive until the upgrade of Windows 8 version has been installed, you will not be able to use your upgrade product key to activate Windows 8. To activate Windows 8, you will need to install your previous version of Windows, and then reinstall Windows 8. Help with the activation process, contact technical support.

  • Installation/activation Flash Player 11

I use Windows 7 Svc Pk 1 OS x 32 IE v.11, Norton 360.  Problem: I've tried several times to install Flash Player 11 (free version) using the Adobe web site has presented to this effect.  The program involves 3 steps.  I'm not able to go to step 2.  The program does not progress further.  I followed the instructions I provided on the Adobe website without success.  Frustration?  Understatement.

Is there something that prevents the completion of the Flash Player?  When I opened Adobe instruction pages and click on a link, nothing happens, the research does not advance.  I need to get detailed instructions on how to install and activate the Flash Player 11 for 32 x OS.

  • Design Premium CS5, installation & activation

I buy Design Premium CS5 soon. Currently, I only Dreamweaver CS4, Illustrator CS4 and InDesign CS4.

I talked with Adobe sales, but I don't have the feeling that the rep really understood my question, so I'll ask this forum...

    1. how many activations are allowed for CS5?

    2. when I install CS5 (CD / DVD)...

one) should I disable my licenses for CS4 products currently on my computer?

    (b) can I leave Dreamweaver CS4 on my computer until CS5 is installed? I hope that Dreamweaver CS5 pick up my Web site files, settings and extensions to DWCS4. Then I could disable the CS4 license and uninstall this software.

    3. I have a problem to have only two activations allowed with CS5. I am the only user of this software. I'll install CS5 on my current PC (Windows XP Pro), but at the beginning of next year, I want to buy a new PC (Windows 7-64 bit). My understanding is that it will use up my two activations - this hypothesis is correct? I had a drive hard fatal accident earlier this year and was unable to disable the CS4 products until it doesn't. When I reinstalled CS4 products on the restored machine, I learned that I had exhausted an activation for each product. Adobe please give the crashes and does not charge a Setup for this? I assume that they can read the Mac address of the computer with the re-setup during the activation process?

    Help appreciated.

    Tom

    (1) you are allowed two simultaneous activations for one user with two systems as a desktop computer and a domestic or mobile computer. Are the two systems cannot be used simultaneously. In other words, two activations is not the same thing as two licenses!

    (2) (a) No, you don't need to disable existing software.

    (2) (b) Yes, you can.

    (3) If you experience a system failure which opposes a deactivation and you run out of activations, call the Adobe Activation Center - phone number should appear on your screen during activation fails. Explain the situation and usually they will give you an extra activation. (Note that they that.) Of course, suitor drive hard breaks down too often will trigger alarms!)

  • Question on "Installation & Activation of Windows Vista"

    Hello
is it possible to install a NORMAL Version of Vista from a CD from Vista NORMAL and activate it with the OEM key? I hate the facilities that remove all partitions.
It's kinda funny. The Version of recovery is a data Partition, but if something fails you loose all your data? !! Whereas the joke?

Unfortunately you cannot use the OEM key with a copy of original since Vista key OEM need an OEM Vista. That means, if you install Vista, type the OEM key, you will get an error message that the key is not valid.

And with regard to the recovery: the recovery doing anything other than deleting your whole HARD drive and install the operating system as it was shipped to you from the factory, which means that all files will be deleted.
You must make a backup of your important files if you perform a recovery.

    Welcome them

  • Desperate Help Needed re problem of Activation/Installation CS6

A few months ago, I bought the full commercial version of CS6 (standard) for Windows.  I installed on another clean computer with Windows 7 and activated and registered.  Installation, activation and registration process went smoothly, and initially, everything seemed OK.

A little more than a month, the nightmare began.  Since then, whenever I try to run one of the CS6 components, I get a message telling me it "thinks" I have the trial version installed (although actually, I installed and activated the full version) and asks me if I want to "start trial" or "license of this software."  If I choose "license" it asks my serial number (which has already been repeatedly entered) and then it seems to be OK - for a while.  However, in a period of time, the problem is back, and the cycle starts again.

I've tried repeatedly (and spent countless dozens of hours) trying to solve this problem through Adobe support, both by telephone and via the 'chat '.  Each time, I end up telling the same story to several different people, re-explain until they apparently understand it and then get transferred around several people until I finally get to someone who, supposedly, can help.  Then, this person walk in the same things that have been tried many times before.  Finally, I am sure that the problem has been fixed and also assured me that they will keep the case open.  Each time, the problem has not been fixed, and I find that the case was classified (so the only way I can try to communicate is by starting all over, lose more hours trying to get through and finally again learn to someone who has no idea what to do otherwise that to tell me to do the same things that have already been proven (many times) not to work).

The result of all this is that I have a piece of a $1200 software that is totally useless.

Maybe someone from Adobe can help me with how to take this to the next level so that it is someone with the knowledge to understand how to solve the problem.  If anyone other that Adobe has solved a similar problem, any suggestion would be appreciated.

Robert Rothman (a very dissatisfied customer)

Edit: To be clear, this has not purchased via download; I installed from the physical disks.

Is Rob Rothman possible that you only encounter this difficulty with your 64-bit activations?  I recommend the revision of 64-bit applications ask repeatedly to activate - l http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/64-bit-creative-suite-applications-repeatedly.htm.  If you are affected by this problem then I would recommend bookmarking this document as it will be updated once our engineering team has discovered a solution.

    Hello

I am happy to have a look at this, you can download the dump,

  • Error of activation of Windows XP Professional has invalid keys during the installion

Windows xp says key invalid note, that I am not connected to the Internet

Should I force stop and go somewhere with Internet or what?

During installation, Activation is not required - if you receive answers key not valid at this point then the problem is one or more of the following

    (1) you are wrong interpret or evil entered the key

    (2) you entered a key OEM and a disc using retail (or vice versa)

    (3) using a SP2 or earlier disc with a key of SP3.

Only activation is required at any time during the 30 days after installation, and can be done by phone.
