Vs serial number original updated serial number

Hello.

I tried to reinstall my first purchase of lightroom, with the serial number mentioned in the original Bill and even in my registration into account.

The system however, always tells me that this number is just a SN upgrade, and it is necessary to introduce an original SN, when I have just this one!

How can I solve this?

  • Lost serial number of origin of the product, update is now unusable

I initially bought CS3, then updated to CS4 in 2010 (purchased directly from Adobe). Three years ago I started using the creative cloud, but I can no longer justify the monthly fees. So I re downloaded CS4 from my products, entered serial number as asked and... has been asked to enter the serial number CS3 form. I do not have. According to Adobe, my only option is to buy the software again. Is there a way to get around this?

  • Adobe Acrobat 9 web updated since Adobe Acrobat 6 standard, but I can't find my original serial number

I've been away from windows for a while. Now installed my improved version of the web Adobe Acrobat 9, provided the serial number and want to move forward. A screen will appear asking for the serial number than i, based on the upgrade. I think what Adobe Acrobat 6 standard, but I can't find my original serial number for this more. Am I losing the ability to use Adobe Acrobat 9?

I know, Version 9 is probably considered to be archaic, but it works for me.

Could not find a phone number to call the Adobe customer service.

  • CS5 - you are prompted to update applications, download updates, and then get the error message.

When I started there was a guest of Adobe to update some of my applications: Bridge, Manager of extensions, Photoshop and Camera Raw. They appear to download over a period of time with the complete display bar, then I get a non-specific "error with download. The customer support link takes me to a page on the serial number error messages. When I entered the serial number to register the product, it says that it is already registered. I could have done with a different email address.

Are there updates available at this time CS5? I have for the latest and best creative cloud on my work machines, but I always use CS5 outside of work on other computers. Is this just a backhand way of trying to get the CS5 users to move to creative cloud?

  • Updates fail repeadetly after reinstallation

I had to reinstall Windows 10 and subsequently had to reinstall CS5 Web premium (upgrade version). This al is going well and all the work programmes (in other words, they are activated). But when I went to update, the process fails. Again and again, I get the message 'some updates could not be installed', with a list of the updates failed. And a link to the customer support (see screenshot). By clicking on the link brings me to this page: error: "this serial number is not for a product calling it" | Adobe Creative Suite. Which leads me to think that something is wrong with my activation.

What I've tried so far (so please do not suggest to try one of these steps):

    • Uninstalled CS5
    • Ran AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe
    • Restarted
    • Installed new CS5 (strangely enough he did not ask me to enter the serial number of my version of CS3.) In the past, this serial number was requested.)
    • Had a very (very, very) disappointing chat with customer support. Basically, after explaining the problem, they said post in the forum. Not the kind of quality you would expect from a company selling high range software (sorry Sir, I can't help you, but I would like to get in touch with a colleague who can would have been more appropriate).

So, where did this post. Hope someone can fix this quickly.

  • Problems with the update of IE8: "WindowsUpdate_0000000E" "WindowsUpdate_dt000"

I had problems with Internet Explorer for a few months after an automatic update has been applied, and we lost power during the process.  I am now unable to use IE, just process dies immediately.  An update of the system is applied by the process of automatic update every time it tells me that it cannot update / day i.e., because a more recent version is already installed, as well as the error codes:

    "WindowsUpdate_0000000E" "WindowsUpdate_dt000"

I was trying to roll back the PATCH or SP which was originally updated, but the Windows updates are not labeled as IE updates to Vista so have no idea which one it was (as I said it was a while ago).  I'm an avid user of FF but not having only not IE is annoying and constant updating errors are a pain.

    Thanks in advance.

  • problem installing updates

When I reply to update applications, I get the following message: "" this update is not available for this ID Apple either because it was bought by another user or the item has been refunded or cancelled '. " How can I rectify this?

Ce_que this means, is that the update that you are trying to get 1) purchased under another Apple - ID which means that it could have been someone else ID Apple connected when the original update was purchased or 2) anyone who initially got the update went to people from the App Store/iTunes Store and return their money.

Have you changed your Apple ID email address? You have purchased this computer from someone else and their login Apple always corresponds to this topic? Someone else has access to your computer to get the App Store?

You can check with the Support of Apple at 1-800-MY-APPLE is you think that there is an error. Otherwise, you will need to check with the original owner of computer to download your update.

Since you have 2 identicle updates, and you are informed that you have the latest version, then you need not to update a copy. You can 'hide' the unwanted update. But before you can do this, you mustchange your auto manual update update.

Click Start > in the search box, type windows update > press the Enter key > afraid that column, click settings actually > important section updated, click on the pointer, and then select "check for updates but let me choose whether to download and install them > check under"Recommended Updates"> check mark under"Microsoft Updates"> check mark under the heading 'Notification of software' > click OK"

Now that you have defined Windows updates on manual.
When you receive the notification that the updates are available, click to see what they are. If you have already installed, click on RIGHT > click Hide.
This willingness to update never appears again.

  • Updating the measures for Win - XP Pro, SP1 to SP3 (jump SP2?)

I do volunteer work 1/2 day per week for a small organization non-profit organizations with a very limited budget (almost non-existent). We work in the given space, but have free access to the DSL service.

    We have the following...

    1 2000 computer HP desktop, Intel Pentium 4, Windows 2000, 256 MB RAM, 30 GB, CD - R, IE - 6 hard drive.

    2 2006 Compaq desktop with Win - XP SP3, 512 MB RAM, 60 GB HD, CD - R, IE-8.

    3. computer acer laptop 2008, Win - XP SP3 with 512 MB RAM, 40 GB HD, CD-R/W that works (depending on what day of the week, it comes), IE-8.

One of our local "family" donated the following for us...

2004 work HP desktop with Win - XP Pro SP1, 512 MB RAM, 105 GB HD (less than 30 GB used), CD - RW, DVD-R, IE-6,

-plus a new module of RAM of 512 MB which could be installed.

-a new, but not installed, updated graphics card.

These two were going to be installed, but the client fell sick and recently passed away.

While this desktop computer is older, it has been used very little, 'C' part of the HD less than 30 GB of 105 GB used, less than 2% of disk fragmentation, no scratches, dents, original basic mouse and keyboard... excellent shape.

In order to remove the HP 2000 desktop computer, I suggest the following...

    (A) delete all the old software, except the WIN - XP.

    (B) defrag the HD.

    (C) the Win - XP, SP1 rollback "original updated" status. HP support pages imply that he is a "clean install". HP has the SP1 of Win - XP original on a segment of "recovery" of the HD.

What else is necessary (I guess)...

    1. install the new 512 MD RAM module.

    2. check that the current power out sufficient to manage the 'new' graphics card (requires 250 watt power)... and install the new graphics card... or just stay with the existing graphics capabilities if the power supply is insufficient.

    3. update all hardware drivers.

    4. load Win - XP, SP2, and SP3... or just go to SP1 SP3? (comments, please)

5 install Internet Explorer 8... or IE-9? (comments, please).

    6. use of Win - XP SP3 and security center firewall... or install (?) for a protection antivirus and antispyware... suggestions sincerely appreciated.

7 install MS Office 2007 Pro (unused software, gift).

My dilemma... What is the sequence own/recommended to perform all these steps...

    A / B / C / D? and 1-2-3-4-5-6-7?

Remember that we do not have money for a new computer, but I don't have the time and (I think) the ability to perform the steps.

Thanks for your suggestions, recommendations and comments.

    Greetings - FLgal

Your Service Pack 3 CD contains the SP3 .exe Setup file, so you don't need to download what you fortunately already.

If you need to download this file, it would have been safer to do using another PC. But since you have it, don't you worry in this regard. :-)

So you're on the right track!
