  Hello I use Windows Vista Home Premium and Windows Media Center. I watched titles on Netflix in the past successfully in Windows Media Center, but today I get this error when I click to play a title:

  Cannot display the page. Windows Media Center cannot open the page.  Contact technical support for the program.

  And so here I am.

  I see all of the titles on my queue when I click on the Netflix icon, so obviously I am connected and connect, but cannot actually look at all the titles.

  What is the error you get when you try to watch Netflix from the browser?
  What browser do you use?

  Go to start, all programs, Microsoft Silverlight and open Microsoft Silverlight.

  The tab of the Configuration window About, let us know which Version you have installed.
  Go to the Read tab, and then make sure that the enabled for playback of content protected.
  Then go to the Application Storage tab, select the Netflix web site from the list and then click on Remove to remove it. There may be more than one listed Netflix website, for each of them.

  After the changes, try once again, Netflix in Media Center and browser.

  You can also try reinstalling Silverlight by going to start, Control Panel, uninstall a program, select Microsoft Silverlight, and then click on uninstall and cross the guests. After uninstalling to joinhttp://www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight/Get-Started/Install/Default.aspx and reinstall Silverlight.

• Error Application Netflix in Windows Media Center when you search

  The Netflix in Windows Media Center Extender works for me but very recently the ability to search other titles give me an error dialogue box titled: text of The Application error : there is a problem with the application at this time. Try again later. Is followed by a different error dialog box: Service unavailable, text: this service is currently unavailable.

  The web interface works very well. I love the interface with Media Center, but the inability to search makes it tedious. I'll have to add things in my instant queue by using a browser to be able to click on it in my queue in Media Center. Any ideas. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling as admin, and compensation on the IE cache.

  I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit edition with latest updates applied.

• Netflix error after updating Firefox (34.0.5)

  Went to bed watching Netflix, then woke up a few hours later to find that Firefox has automatically updated to 34.0.5 and I could no longer access any video Netflix... I get an error Code N8152 Netflix, which refers to a DRM/Silverlight error. Netflix continues to operate correctly in IE and Chrome.

  Following the instructions of Netflix, I have uninstalled/reinstalled Silverlight several times (making sure to I have the latest version). I checked that the Silverlight plug-in is set to "Always enable" and that it is 'Authorized' and enabled for Netflix.com. (I also follow all other Netflix troubleshooting tips, even though I know that they are not relevant, for example disable protection antivirus and Netflix.com added as a trusted site, etc...)

  I also tried some of the others the different 'fixes' such that force new downloads of the file mspr.hds, but nothing helps.

  Any guidance would be appreciated.

  Apple TV 4

  1. Test the Internet connection on your Apple TV.
  2. In the Apple TV main menu, go to settings.
  3. Select network.
  4. Under connection, make sure it says connected.

  If the connection test fails, see the Apple support site using your Apple TV to your home network connection troubleshooting. If the test is successful, proceed to the next step.

  • Force quit Netflix
    1. Double-click the Home button.
    2. Forehand or left so Netflix is under discussion.
    3. Drag up to force quit the Netflix app.
    4. Try Netflix.
  • Restart your Apple TV
    1. Unplug your Apple TV for at least ten seconds.
    2. Plug your Apple TV.
    3. Try Netflix.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the Netflix app
    1. From the home screen, highlight the Netflix app.
    2. Press and hold in the center of the touchpad, until the Netflix icon begins to tremble.
    3. Press on the the play/pause button to uninstall and confirm when prompted.
    4. Reinstall the Netflix on the App Store and Netflix try again.
  • Look for the updates.
  • If your Apple TV is not updated the latest software upgrades, it can cause problems with streaming. To check the updates on your Apple TV:

  If all else fails and you still see this issue, don't worry too much because I think that maybe it's a bug.

  Happens to me a lot when I go to sleep and the Apple TV 4 goes to sleep, I'll re-enable it and see the error of Netflix on the show I was watching until I fell asleep. I just ignore it most of the time and keep hitting ok and start playing again. Sometimes, he will play the show then get this error again, I'll hit Ok and keep ignoring that the problem just happened, but the show will begin to play normally.

  OK, I got some kind of virus this kind of thing where it was like a fake antivirus, fortunately I knew and got rid of him and everything seems to work fine except that whenever I try to watch something on netflix, I get this error. He said essentially that inprivate browsing is turned on and that it cannot play the video. Then I tried to disable Inprivate more through the registry. However it still gives me the error.

  After that, I found something that said it could be silver light. Now I uninstalled light silver and restarted, but it won't let me reinstall it.   Edit: I forgot to say that I tried to uninstall IE9, but it tells me there is an error uninstalling, so I downloaded firefox and it shows me the same error of netflix.

  PlayReady in Media Center will not update.  The message is "PlayReady update was incomplete.  "You can watch or save protected content until the update is successful.  All attempts to return the same error.  Netflix also only a black screen shows when you watch a movie.  Live TV works except HBO which is protected against copying.  How can I fix?

  Try these methods and see if it makes a difference.

  Method 1
  Loan will not update if the date is wrong. I suggest you to check if the system date and time is correct.

  Method 2
  Temporarily disable your firewall settings and check if you are able to update.
  Important note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you need to disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network, while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

  
  Method 3

  Open Windows "Services" via the Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services.
  With Media Center open and show "the PlayReady update was incomplete. Do you want to retry? "Go to the 'Services' Panel you just opened and scroll all the way up to"Services Windows Media Center Receiver", double-click it, then click on"Stop ".

  Navigate to the folder ReadyPlay HIDDEN (C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\PlayReady), and then delete the mspr.hds file.

  Return to the OPEN & CONTINUES, Media Center and click 'Yes' and 'Next' to the question of the PlayReady update. He should immediately zip past and say update complete & you can watch and record the protected against copying.

  Yes, I am able to play videos in other applications.  I was actually able to solve my problem earlier this morning.  I went and downloaded a driver update and that seemed to do the trick.  Thank you very much and I hope you have a nice day!
