    Hello Martin Bennet,.

Yes, I am able to play videos in other applications.  I was actually able to solve my problem earlier this morning.  I went and downloaded a driver update and that seemed to do the trick.  Thank you very much and I hope you have a nice day!

  • Cannot use the Netflix app, error: b33.

    Original title: netflix b33 error.

for the last week, I was not able to use the Netflix app.  I get error b33 and nothing seems to work.  any thoughts?

Hello world.  I use a Gateway laptop with windows 8.  When Windows 8.1 became available I started to have this problem with the same error that won't go away: B33 S-61.  I've updated to Windows 8.1, who took my computer awhile, and I was appalled the next day when I got the same error.

    What I found?

I think that there is something in the current Netflix app that could not be updated, uninstall the application, reinstall it and launch it I had connect and now it works again.

Hope this will be useful :)

  • Netflix app crashes in Windows 8, no error detected in the convenience store

I have an Asus laptop with Windows 8 that I received today, and I got the Netflix app for Windows store a few hours ago. The first time I tried to stream a TV show he played very well for about 30 seconds, and then the image froze while the audio continued. In another few seconds, the screen went black and the audio stopped, then player just to start again from the beginning, with the same thing happens after 30 seconds. This happens whenever I'm listening to a TV show or a movie, from any point in the title.

The first time it happened the convenience store open, but he could not find the error. I'm not tech savvy so I went online to see if anyone had similar problems, and it seemed that a lot of people have problems with the app crashing and they just installed the latest version of Silverlight and it went away. So I tried, and nothing has changed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted the computer and tried simply to leave the app altogether and streaming of IE, but as soon as it accesses the title he stops me and says I can't broadcast without the application of Windows 8.

I'm all out of ideas, and yet, I need to see someone else with a similar problem. If anyone has any ideas, I would be grateful the help because this isn't something I'm good!

    Thank you!

  • What is the best Netflix app for my iMac

Hi all, new owner of the iMac.  I was wondering what's the best app for Netflix, I downloaded a streaming and I had to download Silverlight but overtime, I try to watch Netflix, download Silverlight notification arrives.  I'm doing something wrong?  Little different from my iPad!

There is no Netflix App for OS X.

You need to access Pluzz.fr from a web browser.

Make sure that you have installed the most updated version of the Microsoft Silverlight plug-in for your version of OS X.

In addition, some web browsers do better with Netflix than others.

I found that Safari Netflix streaming a little restless with the installed Silverlight plug-in. Do not know why.

I've had better in Netfilix streaming with Silverlight using Mozilla Firefox plugin, instead of luck.

Try the two browsers to see which works on your iMac better.

I use an old iMac model. Your new iMac with the new version of Safari can best work for you.

Just make sure that you have downloaded and installed the most up to the version date of the Microsoft Silverlight installed plugin. »

    Good luck!

  • Netflix App on Apple TV 4th Gen - a lot of headaches

The Netflix App behaves strangely in the last days on my Apple TV 4th generation.

Most of the time it does not open, or says that the title is not available. On my Mac, using the same

connection Internet, Netflix stream like a charm.

In order to solve the problem, I uninstalled the Netflix app from the screen of the Apple TV to live an Odyssey

try to get it to download again.

Of course, it was after to try restarting or make the power cycle, including the disconnection of my router and my tv. The app would only partially download

and then stop the download. When it finally downloaded, it would play only a few episodes of a series of the season.

Some series would be broadcast at all, and a few other titles were available. A message code appeared:

"This is a problem when reading this article. Try again later or select a different element. Go to www.netflix.com/support to learn more

information. Can not play the title. Please try again later. Code:-11853. "Then I called Netflix and after half an hour of consultations in the House

They said that the problem was caused by a recent software upgrade made by Apple and referred me to Apple.

Again, Netflix works perfectly on my Mac, but on my Apple TV 4th generation is a puzzle. All other applications run well on my

    Apple TV.

Has anyone else experienced this with their 4th Gen Apple TV? Solutions or suggestions?

Works fine on my system. Check that DNS is set to auto (- general - network settings). If the ethernet wifi, try. Test on another network.

This is not quite correct. Netflix is responsible for the application and all problems associated with, if there is a problem after an update it's because of something they need to fix.

  • Netflix app works is not on Apple TV

The Netflix on my Apple TV app does not work. To summarize, I opened to the top of the TV as usual, do scroll to the application, click on it and I come to a screen that says 'Start your FREE month' at the top and 'Sign Out ***@comcast.net'downstairs. I already have my Netflix account set up to a paid for, and I just want to connect to it because my old account [that he tells me to sign in] has expired. The problem is, when I click on logout, nothing happens, and I'm just back to the exact same screen. Does anyone know how to fix this? I am at a loss.

The icon of the Netflix app on my iPhone iOS 6 9.3.1 disappeared although if I go to the App Store and search for Netflix and open it, it still works. How can I get the icon back?

It is in a folder or on an another home screen. Sliding down on the screen and type Netflix. The search results should tell you it's in the folder (if this is the case). By sweeping left-right to display splash screens additional ('points' at the bottom will show how screens yo have.
