Want to go back to windows 7, says no backup found Windows 10 in now looking FORWARD IT

Windows improved from 7 to 10. I thought I would try a few days if I didn't like it back to 7. I CAN'T WAIT CAN'T WAIT 10! Tried to do the thing with 7 backup before my time of trial called I could not. Said I needed a backup, who came to know that it was windows 10 that I saved on these discs. Windows 7 was already installed my pc when I bought it. I don't have any drive or something like that. How to get back to 7. Now with 10 in my pc, it says that I need to update the drivers, but to do this, I have to pay for this update. Is the reason for this update on drivers because 10 installed?  I had so many problems with 10 is anyway you can help me get back my 7. ?? Please tell me there is an issue with having to buy it.

Thank you for your time

You can buy a recovery disk (HP dvd). This would be a specific model. Contact HP or

Go to HP.com support and drivers for your system model. You should have a link to a page to buy a DVD of restoration. This would bring your laptop to factory fresh (out of box condition). The recovery partition has been "broken" by your upgrade.

You will first need to go to the website of manufacturers for your model computer and first find out if there are native drivers in Windows 7. A large number of computers that are preloaded with Windows 8 have no native driver support for Windows 7 by the manufacturer. If there is no native driver, you will need to consider returning the machine and buying a machine preloaded with Windows 8 Pro with downgrade rights to Windows 7 Professional. Or look through the catalogue of manufacturers for systems already preloaded with Windows 7, usually the business sector will have these options.

Return the laptop if it came preloaded with Windows 8 and purchase one already preloaded with Windows 7, they are always available:

  • I want to go back to Windows 8 Windows Vista

I would go back to Windows Vista.  How do I?

    SOLVED!

Windows Vista came preinstalled on your computer? If so, you could use the recovery partition to reinstall Windows Vista.

New computers that come pre-installed with Windows often have what is called a recovery partition. This is used to reinstall an operating system in the case of a system failure. To access it, you need to start when you start your computer by pressing a function key. This can be either F1, F2, F9, F10, F11, F12 key DEL or tab. See the manual that came with your PC for instructions on how to reinstall Windows.

This is how the recovery partition is available for the most popular brands

For Dell, press CTRL + F11 directly after switching on the device

For HP, press F11 directly after switching on the device

For Toshiba, press and hold "0" BEFORE and during the power upward

For Acer, press and hold ALT + F10, as soon as you see the logo

For Asus, press F9, as soon as you see the Asus logo.

Advent, restart your computer. Then, press F10 repeatedly until the message "Starting system recovery"

    ----------------------

If you have installed Windows Vista on a disk, you use your installation disc to reinstall Windows Vista yourself:

Boot from the Windows Vista DVD
    Click Install now
    Accept the license agreement
When the option is displayed to select a type of installation, click (Custom advanced)

Select the disk partition where you want to install Windows Vista click Next.

You will receive the following warning:

The partition you have selected may contain files from a previous Installation of Windows. If so, these files and folders will be moved to a folder named Windows.old. You will be able to access the information in Windows.old, but you will be able to use your previous version of Windows.

(At all costs, do NOT click on anything in Format, deletion or Partition name.) So even do a custom installation, your personal files are still kept. Click OK

The installation program will now begin installation. During installation, your computer will be restarted several times.

Once the installation is complete, you can complete the Out of Box experience as the choice of your laptop, create a username, password, your time zone. You can then proceed to download the latest updates for Windows and reinstall your applications and drivers.

You can then retrieve your personal files from the Windows.old folder and reinstall all of your applications and drivers.

  • My friend recently updated one of my old computers from Windows XP to Windows 7, but I want to go back to Windows XP. How can I do this?

    original title: restore Win Xp

Hi, my friend has recently updated my old system of windows xp with windows 7. Now, is there a way I can restore my computer to the back? I do not have the installation diskettes, but I don't have the option when I boot into xp or Windows 7 recovery console. Is there a way I can make my xp using this? I currently have the windows.old folder, as well on the hard drive of the computer and a removable. Perhaps, uninstall Windows 7 completely and put the windows.old folder in her place? Greatly appreciated!

    Hello

  • I am running vista and you want to go back to Windows XP. How to switch back?

I bought a new hard drive. I installed vista. Which turns out to be is not very compatible with the rest of my equipment. I would like to go back to windows XP and get rid of vista completely. How do I do that?

If you do not have your XP disc:

Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send an XP Recovery disk.

Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.

You are doing a new installation of XP, wiping the Vista operating system Partition from the hard disk containing Vista in the process.

Follow the steps below in the link, to do a clean install; read the part where you remove the existing Vista Partition, create a new Partition, format, etc...

Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu
