  Thanks for posting with us.  If you no longer have the administrator password you can perform a parallel installation so that your data will not be lost.  However, you will need to reinstall your programs.  This link covers the different installation options.

  You could get the app and drivers both with your PC you can use these, otherwise go the manufacturer's Web site and find what is appropriate for your system.

  You can try Windows Update for drivers too.

  If you have a subscription, you must uninstall Photoshop CS6, change the language on the CC desktop settings and install again.
