  Looking at the hardware on your PC, the w7 x 64 drivers for this model should work.

  Install first the chipset driver, restart, then video (Intel HD), reboot, then audio, restart your computer.

  Now note the model of the wireless card that you have listed in the network adapters in the Device Manager section, so you can reinstall the drivers you need.

  After you're done, if you have all the other drivers that you can't find, please post the hardware ID for them and I'll see what I can find.

  I tried the third-party websites to find themes, the microsoft Web site, the windows http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/downloads/windows-xp Web site has been published for responses, several times on here and there is no direction where exactly to go once you get there - as there is no option on this page to browse/search/search/download - or anything else , with themes.  I looked around that site, not only a page and I can't find anything that will allow me to download a single theme not anywhere! I don't want to give up, because I was in it for awhile, but this is getting ridiculous! I thought I was getting close a couple of times, but I would say that the file was not a valid theme file, so I tried to change it and it would always say the same thing.  I just can't understand this. And it's not like Windows XP is old, just system because Windows 7 is. If someone could help me that would be great.

  In some cases yes they can be used, but not in all cases. I'll give you an example. Lets say I have a usb modem and I don't have the drivers for windows vista, in some cases, you can install the drivers by going to the Device Manager and manually searching for them in the windows xp files, but make sure that your windows vista is a 32-bit edition. and a .inf file should be there.

  Try these:
  METHOD 1:
  Back up all the files on a USB Flash drive or an external hard drive and re - install Windows on the hard disk of laptop.

  METHOD 2:

  Try partitioning your hard drive and put your files there.

  1. Start menu search: 'drive '.
  2. click on create and format hard disk partitions
  3 right-click the Local Disk (C) and select shrink.
  4. According to the size of the files, we could save, choose the size you want to reduce (1000 MB = 1 GB)
  5. right click on the new "unallocated space" and create the Partition. (Name it BACKUP or something)
  6. place all your important files on the new partition, and then, when you reinstall Windows, select the Local Disk (C)
  DO NOT select the Partition you you saved on files.
