Watch the Black Border ATI HD4670 and ST2410 HDMI Cable

There is a black border on my screen that I just put in place today 21/01/2010 from Dell which is approximately 1 "all around.

The office is set to 1920 x 1080 at 60 Hz

I can't find a setting in ATI Catalyst Control Center to adjust it to the height and width of the full screen.  I found this post http://en.community.dell.com/forums/p/19309246/19620047.aspx#19620047 with these tips...

«Open the Ati Catalyst Control Center - digital Panel properties - attributes - resizing the Image and select "Adapt the image to the size of the full panel".»

and have not found this device setting of anywhere.

Anyone know the solution? Do I need to download a newer version of the CCC?  Thank you

It's the implementation using an HDMI cable

GIGABYTE GV-R467ZL - 1GI Radeon HD 4670 1 GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x 16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support video card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125277 and the Dell ST2410

I just fixed the problem BLACK at the BORDER.

In the Catalyst Control Center (CCC for short), check if the following settings:

Right-click on your desktop and go to the Catalyst Control Center. Switch to advanced mode if it isn't already.
-At the top left, click on the menu "Graph", then "Desktops & displays.
-For your desired display, left, click on the small black triangle in the lower part of the screen, on the SMALL image, not the BIG and click on 'configure '.

This part is very CRUCIAL. There is a little image of a TINY TINY TINY TINY arrow display down FAR LEFT of the CCC menu. It's this LITTLE ARROW that you click on the button that says "Base...". "and the button that says 'OK' when you click the arrow of llittle black small-small (not the big black arrow in the middle of the CCC window you will be able to click on 'Configure', then the following will be available):

There are 6 buttons at the top of the CCC

  • How can I get rid of the black border around my screen?

After an update, my screen resolution changed for no reason. Tried to change, but now I have a black border around my screen that I can't get rid of.

    Hello

Windows Update will sometimes offer you updates of graphics drivers; NEVER accept them.

Only go graphics drivers of your computer or the manufacturer of the graphics Web site map.

Go to the website of your computer manufacturer > drivers download Section > then key in your computer model number > find your operating system > find two graphics / video or from the Chipset drivers and download and install.

Then try to change the screen resolution.

    @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

Here is the information on the Windows updates.

Microsoft gives sometimes you updates for the 3rd party hardware: graphics, network cards, etc.

You should only get the latest drivers for them to real hardware manufacturer's website, as Microsoft normally does nor those have the most recent drivers available as Microsoft relies of the 3rd party hardware Manufactuer to provide.

But unfortunately, the only way to know which is the update of the problem is to install them one by one, until you find the 'wrong' for your installation.

You can do a system restore to get back until it has been installed (which is NOT the best way to remove an update) or follow this method:

    'Remove an update'

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/remove-an-update

When you have found the issue of update of the list of updates which is presented > then right click on the update problem > select Hide update > and it will not be available to you once again

"How to hide or show an update of Windows Vista"

    http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/72491-Windows-Update.html

Here's how to chanage update settings, if you think it is necessary to:

"Understanding Windows Update and Extras in Windows Vista and Windows 7.

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/Windows-Vista-updates-and-extras/

    Or the other of these two update settings will give you the chance to see what you want to install through Windows updates;

Download updates but let me choose whether to install them - if you select this option, Windows will download the updates on your computer, but not install them automatically. If you want to install updates, then you must install them manually. You should only select this option if you have a reason to not install updates automatically. Only advanced users should use this option.

Check for updates but let me choose whether to download and install them - if you select this option, you'll be alerted when there are new updates available for download and install. You can then choose to download and install the updates that you want. This option should really be reserved for people who know exactly which updates they need, or those who have little access to the Internet.

But remember you normally only have problems with hardware 3rd party drivers. Other updates are to improve the Performance and security of your system

    See you soon.

I have a Pavilion dv7 laptop.  Windows 7 64-bit.  I am watching a video from my laptop to my tv using a HDMI cable and can't seem to get that issue.  Is there a key to seting it upward?

    Hello

    1. first thing I would check: the cable itself, which is its HDMI version, you may need 1.3 or higher? What is your TV (brand, model)?

2 with the right cable, try the following steps

    (a) turn off the television and laptop

    ends (b) connecting cable

    (c) turn on the TV menu TV allows to accept PC signals (laptop)

    (d) turn on the laptop, go to display you should see TWO screens (1 and 2), select TV

If you have a spare cartridge you can look and see a small crest on the top of the cartridge near the front.  This is the part that is stuck.  Using a blunt knife or the handle of a spoon to gently release the cartridge down a little should allow the cartridges to be released.

  • Mysterious black border (only) at the bottom of the first screen iPhone

I have an iOS application that I wrote in 2011, and I'm trying to upgrade to the latest iOS and devices.  I have a thick black border at the bottom of the first screen of my request, for most combinations Device/Simulator and iOS. This is * not * a black border at the top and at the bottom of the screen problem, who has been treated exhaustively in the forums.

There is only a single black border at the bottom of the screen. Also, the border is only broadcast on the first screen of my request, that has buttons to go to the rest of the application. Even if I navigate to the first screen of my request, somewhere inside the application, the border becomes visible. There is no black border in the other forms in the application, apart from the first screen.

It is * not * seems to be a launch image problem. I have a picture of launch, [email protected], and the launch image works fine. Here are the setups I get or don't get the black border:

iPhone 4S (iOS 9.2) Simulator - without black border

iPhone 5 (iOS 9.2) simulator - black border

iPhone 5 (iOS 8.1.3) device - without black border

iPhone (iOS 9.2) 5s simulator - black border

    iPhone 5 s (iOS 9.1) peripheral border - black

iPhone 6 sec more (iOS 9.2) Simulator - black border

iPad 2 (iOS 9.2) Simulator - without black border

iPad (iOS 9.2) air Simulator - no black border

iPad 2 Air (iOS 9.2) Simulator - without black border

Pro Simulator (iOS 9.2) iPad - thick black border all around the application window

retina Simulator (iOS 9.2) iPad - without black border (at the bottom of the screen)

I tried everything I could think of, but nothing seems to work.

  • After that I did the timeline - I get a black border on one side of all my photos

Hello world. I'm doing a simple simple slideshow (no effect or alterations of any type) of pictures taken with my camera canon 6 d. They have been taken with the best resolution of 5184 x 3456. The ratio is 3:2. When I let fall one of the photos in the new point bin and I let first choose the sequence for me, first do not find one of its presets, but creates instead a sequence custom with dimensions that correspond to my photos of 5184 x 3456. It also corresponds to the normal of 1.0 square pixels. The dimensions of the video previews it creates are 1620 x 1080. Just after the sequence is created I get a solid red line in the timeline and at that time my photos fill the program monitor completely even during playback, but as soon as I made the timeline, then I get a solid black border to the East (from my point of view in looking at computer) all my photos, I spent a lot of time on it to try to find me a solution. I couldn't do it. So I did an experiment and I resized images in 16:9, and as soon as I did that the first matches a sequence of his presets and the problem disappeared. I think that the first sequence that is format of 5184 X 3456 with my native is not quite correct. But my question is how to find the right order? Ultimately I have trying to find a way to make a slideshow on the front using the images to their original dimensions mentioned above without the black border. the photos cannot be affected by any means, because they must be used in a demonstration of the Court of justice. Could someone please help me with this? Thank you very much. Umberto.

Umberto, sorry for the long time between responses. Finally, I got the chance to test with your images and was able to reproduce it on my system. While I can't tell you why this is happening, I have a work around you.

The problem is in the render files. When you return your files PP done new video files and play those back instead of the original and support for some reason to MPEG I-Frame rendering only (default) creates this black bar.

I imported two photos into a new project in Premiere Pro v2015.1 and drag them to the new sequence button. They played back normally. Then, I made the timeline and saw your black bar on the right side.

I open the sequence settings and changed the File Format of video preview GoPro CineForm (YUV 10 bit) and then made it and it worked fine! Personally, I normally use QuickTime ProRes codec, but I see on your screenshots that you run Windows, so the GoPro CineForm codec is probably your best option. Which should contribute, and during this time you should present this as a bug to Adobe since it is so easily reproducible.

    See you soon,.

  • ImageSharpen & black border

When I use the ImageSharpen function, it adds a black border inside pixels - it works different from that of the "frontier" tag because it does not add the border for the dimensions of the image, it overwrites all the pixels around the image.

How can I turn this off?

This seems to be a known issue with some sharpening methods. I don't know if this problem has been fixed in CF9. But for CF8 workaround seems to be using a different method for sharpening.

A brief glance confirmed these popular image components seems to use ConvolveOp class of java as a workaround for the problem of ImageSharpen

  • Black photo using instead of the black regular for the general impression

I have a printer C309a All In One Photosmart Premium.   He left black printing, so I replaced the black ink cartridge large and it would not print in black.  I checked ink levels in the settings and it says black of the Photo came out!

I do not print photos.  Why he uses photography in black instead of the ordinary black?

I have verified that my specific print settings 'General everyday printing"rather than photos, etc. I looked through all the settings on the hardware and the software, but was unable to find anything that solve this problem.

Anyone know what I can do to make the printer to use the wide use, black General rather than the photo black ink?

    Covcomm wrote:

OK, thanks for the quick response.  I tried to put into service of "plain paper" and reproduced, but still the black does not appear.  The other colors are, then it must use more black photo than the general use of the black.

If I understand your answer, the printer requires that both black cartridges have ink to print any black, even if I'm not print photos?

OK, if the printer goes through the motions of printing but does not print black it would indicate a problem with the print head.  Try to run up to three cycles of cleaning printhead from the Toolbox.

While a photo of small amount black (and all other colors), ink will be used to serrvicing it will not print on paper for normal text.

  • Photoshop: The black brush tool covers layers above it

    http://prntscr.com/b9r299

The main drawing and color is on the tier 2, but to show the question, I did blacks 2 layers below that. As you can see, the Black just covers everything and the darker color on the brush, it covers the upper layers. If I use a lighter color, it'll be a little opaque, but always the cover upward and white remains on the active layer.

I honestly have no idea how to solve this problem and it is only the application of this document. I tried to move the layer to another document, but the effect is always the same. My finger down to that but there are still a lot of unknown territory, I don't know where I go from here.

The visible layer has an opacity of 100% and a normal blending mode. Check your other layers. Layers can be changed after the fact.

Your current brush has an opacity of 100% and a normal blending mode. Either change would cause also this situation as you paint.

    First check the layers.

Then try painting with different opacities and blending as a test modes to see how it works. Do it on a new layer, so you can trash.

  • How to get the default border for TextField?

In my textfields entry UI, I have them red border if the user enters invalid data. However, I need to reset the border to how it was.

    field.setStyle("-fx-border-color: gray;");

It does not have the default border on windows XP (JavaFX2.2.21)

The default border is rounded and lightgray.

    I also tried without success

    field.setStyle ("border - fx - color: null;" "");

    - and/or border - color: null; ») ; r color: gray; »

The style sheet by default (in Java 7), caspian.css, is not actually apply a border to the text field at all but use layered backgrounds of different radii for the border effect.

The best way to achieve the desired effect is to add and remove a style from the text box class and set the border color in an external style sheet. However, you should be aware of the https://javafx-jira.kenai.com/browse/RT-23085. One solution is to define a border radius default of zero on the text field and a different RADIUS to your "custom" css class Given that the default style sheet does not have a border that won't break anything.
