  My satellite L300 starts with the Toshiba screen and keeps leaving regularly until I see the blue panel of Windows saying please wait... After that the screen goes black, and it shows the opening screen of Toshiba. I tried to go into the system by pressing F2 or F12 but I'm a technical noob and it's way to complicated for me.

  8. Use the remove safely icon in the system tray.
  9. HOLD reset in the unlocked position.
  10. Disconnect the player from the PC.

  Gary here. We have installed a LR6 downloaded on the PC of my wife running Windows 8.2 about 6 months ago. Recently, LR to open and hung on the screen without response. I downloaded and reinstalled the program. While downloading, I got a message it seems to be a "pending restart. I suggested that I have stop the process and restart it, and then continue. We had already made several reboots. I chose the option ignore. The same problem exists. Then, I uninstalled LR and reinstalled the download. After a successful installation, the same problem exists. There was an another "pending restart message" once again, I ignored that I had stopped and restarted before the reinstall. Still have the problem.
