We need to buy an update of 2015 if we have an annual membership of CC?

The latest updates of creative cloud (2015) that we can use the product as a trial and then buy it. We have a membership of CC, why would we need to buy the update of 2015?

    Please delete these two folders - C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\ MAA UPDATER and OOBE times

    CC cloud offer free space 2 GB, but if you bought the subscription for one of the CC app you'll get 20 GB space cloud until you have the subscription.

    So, if you need more creative space Cloud you must subscribe.

  • Updated to 2015.5 Photoshop and now it says "BUY NOW".

    So I downloaded the new 2015.5 Photoshop and now it says "buy now" next to it, so I did some research and it seems that the common remedy is to sign out of your creative cloud account and then sign back in, well, unfortunately, it does not work.   So next time I sign my account adobe on their Web site to make sure everything looks good and it just shows now that I have the "free membership creative cloud" and I don't have any active member of the payer.  So I check my bank account and I'm still paying for it, and also I would include that Lightroom still works fine.  So, I don't know, if anyone knows what the answer to that is, please let me know

    You computer does have a COA sticker on it?

    If so, what version and edition of Windows is valid?

    IF it's for the same edition of Windows is already installed (probably XP Pro) and then try to use the product key update tool to change the key to that on the sticker.

    You may be able to get a set of recovery discs for the machine to the manufacturer, at a reasonable price - check out their website.

  • Update November 2015 problem

    Hi all

    Update November 2015 sends my HP 640-1100 PC Windows 7 HP Touch, SP1 in some loop after reboot, it gets to the point where a password box enter would appear I see screen seems way outside this missing element, but something clearly does not load properly as he disappears then reappears with circle continues to try to load something which resulted in a flashing screen and continuous running permanent.

    Gets system recovery come to me before update and I tried twice and flaw is certainly in somwhere there but no idea what update is originally broadcast, I get no error message.

    Any ideas much appreciated

    a. you have any Windows 7 installation media?

    b. What is the update's KB number?

    [To see which articles updates failed, try the following steps:]
    a. Open Windows Update by clicking the Start button. In the search box, type Update, and then in the list of results, click Windows Update.
    [ b. in the left pane, click view update history.]

    If the update number is KB3097877, then reinstall the update KB should solve the problem. However, as you can not reach your office, I would first run auto repair with installation media and see if it helps you repair system files or not. For the execution of the task, I suggest you to try the steps below and see if it helps.

    Method 1

    When you use the recovery environment (Windows RE) to troubleshoot startup issues, first try the Startup Repair option in the System Recovery Options dialog box. If this does not resolve the problem, or if you have additional problems manually, use the Bootrec.exe tool.

    Because you cannot start the computer, you may need to create a bootable Windows installation media, and then do an auto repair, and if this does not help then you try to restore your computer to the previous date.

    Note: When you use system restore to restore the computer to a previous state, the programs and updates that you have installed are removed.

    If you are using Windows 7 then the link provided below might help you to download and create installation media.

    Download Windows 7 Disk Images (ISO files)

    Method 2

    If the problem persists, try to rebuild the BCD by using the Bootrec.exe tool. To run the Bootrec.exe tool, you must start Windows recovery environment (Windows RE) . To do this, follow these steps:

    1. Place the Windows 7 installation disc in the disc drive, and then start the computer.
    2. Press a key when you are prompted. Select a language, a time, a currency, a keyboard or an input method, and then click Next.
    3. Click repair your computer.
    4. Click the operating system you want to repair, and then click Next.
    5. In the System Recovery Options dialog box, click command prompt.
    6. Type Bootrec.exe, and then press ENTER.

    If you are able to reach the office, and then try to Uninstall then reinstall the KB3097877 update and check if it helps resolve the issue permanently.

    You can have the creative cloud installed and signed in on two computers as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software. Sign on a computer that should not be used: log in and log out of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application

    Then, if you launch any product of CC 2015 and the pop up still shows a trial message window, please check this link for the resolution:
