We so-called 114 errors in my computer according to some sweeping outfit that wants $ to fix. What are you saying?

I'm new on this.  I keep things messing around cause I don't know what I'm doing half the time.  I don't know what are the errors; I only know that, apparently, there's a ghost inside the computer.

What is the name of this outfit of scanning?

It's probably a rogue security program that claims to find files infected your computer and try to make you pay for the program.  Don't do it! Click on the Red 'X' in the top of the window title bar to close the window, or press Alt + F4 on the keyboard.

If you want to try to remove it yourself, first run a full scan with your antivirus program.  Next, download and run these programs:

Microsoft Windows malicious software removal tool
   Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

My pc works well. I ask for my e-mail address, she said they don't have it, but they're my only phone number! I'm old, but I know I should have to register an e-mail address with them....

  • Had a call saying I have errors on my computer - is my computer at risk?

Someone called and said that I had errors on my computer. They asked me to open the Run dialog box. They say they have identified my laptop on the CSID number (whatever it is). Asked me to open the boxes to confirm what I did until they told me to type in their Web site. When their Web page has come I'm suspicious, but I have not downloaded anything. Is my computer at risk because they identified the number of CSID from my computer?

In addition to information from the ball, change your computer password immediately if you do not already done.
    Access control/click Panel UserAccounts.
Click on manage another account and see if there is any administrator account that you did not create.
If you have an unidentified account, delete the account.
Make sure that you have access to your administrator account before you delete any account so that you block yourself from your computer.

Then, Microsoft does not make calls to consumers about the security of their systems.
Don't give control to the appellants know who want access to your computer.
They can create a door entry backdoor on your computer then it is a dangerous practice.

The CSID means ID Station called usually required for faxing.

  • receive calls of support on errors on my computer

    MAKE CALLS OF SUPPORT.

I get phone calls from a company called My Windows Support who say they are following the notification of errors on my windows. Apparently, they want to remove these errors to me by asking me to download some software remotely from a website called. WWW.AMMYY.COM I have refused to do so without checking exactly who they are. Can someone tell me if this company is owned by Microsoft, or indeed everyone has had calls from them, or of a similar nature?

I'm no computer expert, but I'm not about to bring something on my pc without being able to verify its source. Also, I must say that I do not appear to have flaws or ongoing bizarre events with the pc so I'm puzzled about what is going on here.

It is a common scam. Do not give them information, do not give them access to your PC and do not go to all the websites that they suggest. One moment. See:

Someone called me from a phone number not identified, he said he has worked to run Windows and my computer was sending messages to them. He said that my computer is damaged.
