Web services and wsdl for beginners
Hi I wonder if someone could you help me , I need a guide on the way to create , consume et publish a web services and wsdl in jboss for beginners using the tools of eclipse or netbeans.
Thank you very much
Web services based on Java works very well (such as those created in other languages), and I find the JBoss Eclipse pretty easy to use tools. If you use the LiveCycle ES Server products, you can create a workflow and that using a breakpoint web service expose as well.
As you build on the reverse for a PDF form I would say maintaining literal web services (as opposed to the PRC). You can keep to simple object types as well (string, int, etc.), because it will facilitate the binding.

How to enable web services and search for printer email address
I am trying to sign up for the monthly INK from HP. As part of the application, they ask me a CODE. However, I can't CODE because I am advised that my Web services are not enabled. How to enable Web services so that I can complete my application? Thanks for any help you can offer me.
Hello
What model of printer you have?
Assuming your eprint-enabled printer, please follow the steps below to connect to web services and get your email from the printer.
To find printers e-mail you need to enable web services from the front panel of the printer. It is normally a button on the front panel or an option in a menu.
The printer will be connected to your WiFI network, and once the device is activated, it should display a page with a code composed of letters and numbers. It is the e-mail address of printers (when you add a @hpeprint.com to it).
Once you have this, go ahead and configure a connected HP account and register the printer to your account. This will allow you to manage settings of the ePrint printer but also to track the history of the work.

Hi all
I developed a SOAP based WebService (JAX - WS) for product information. I deployed on stand-alone Weblogic server and the resulting WSDL file generated.
In the ADF, we totally 3 options to work with the WSDL file.
1 web Service DataControl (which will directly create a DataControl to access services exposed by Web service through WSDL)
2 web Service proxy. (A proxy for the Web service of the Fund and offers to the client to interact with the exposed services)
3. Java Web Service WSDL.
From these 3 options, I am aware of the first two options. But on the way to the 3rd point or Java Web Service from WSDL, I'm not in a position to know. in what scenario, we will use this service.
Now I have created the java web services starting from the WSDL. After generating the files of the project structure is as below.
Please let me know where to start to interact with my application services. (We must separate class DC or any other way to interact)
Please let me know your inputs on this. valuable suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank you and best regards,
Miko Auntie.
Hi all
On top of the implementation class (ProductsSEIImpl.java), we have an option called create a Client for the Web Service Annotations.
This is the right option to choose, so that the client Classes get generated pertaining to this service. Of the client class, we can access the services available?
Please comment on this if I depart.
Thank you best regards &,.

Basic authentication with the RESTful WEb service and a Web Service reference
Hi all
We have made significant progress on getting an application to work with RESTful web services, but are now trying to understand how to lock a RESTful Web service while making it available for a particular application.
We use one of the 'emp' table sample web services come with Apex 4.2 and are trying to apply the Basic Auth to the WEb Service using Weblogic filter defined in the web.xml file. Which works very well. I now get challenged when I try to go to:
https://wlogic.edu/Apex/BNR/ACE/HR/empinfo/
And when I authenticate this challenge, I am able to get the data. (we are usiing the Weblogic-level LDAP authentication)
However, I'm not sure how to get even basic authentication to work with Web Service reference in my application. I see the error message in the application when I try to call this Web Service:
401 Unauthorized <
And I see:
"The request requires user authentication. It MUST contain a header field WWW-Authenticate (section 14.46) containing a fault that is applicable to the requested resource. The client MAY repeat the request with a suitable authorization (section 14.8) header field. If the request already includes identification of the authorization information»
How can I provide the credentials in the Web reference or provide credentials in the Application?
Web service works fine if I remove the auth basic RESTful web service in the Web.xml file.
We should NOT use basic auth and auth Weblogic web service definition basic RESTful Workspace use instead. If so, how would we implement THIS basic authentication in the definition of Web Service and the Web SErvice reference on the application?
Thank you
PatHello Scott,
Thank you. There is a function for rest in the package:
function make_rest_request( -- -- This function invokes a RESTful Web service with the supplied name value pairs, body clob, or body blob -- the response as an clob. -- -- Arguments: -- p_url The url endpoint of the Web service -- p_http_method The HTTP Method to use, PUT, POST, GET, HEAD or DELETE -- p_username The username if basic authentication is required for this service -- p_password The password if basic authentication is required for this service -- p_proxy_override The proxy to use for the request -- p_body The HTTP payload to be sent as clob -- p_body_blob The HTTP payload to be sent as binary blob (ex., posting a file) -- p_parm_name The name of the parameters to be used in name/value pairs -- p_parm_value The value of the paramters to be used in name/value pairs -- p_wallet_path The filesystem path to a wallet if request is https -- ex., file:/usr/home/oracle/WALLETS -- p_wallet_pwd The password to access the wallet -- p_url in varchar2, p_http_method in varchar2, p_username in varchar2 default null, p_password in varchar2 default null, p_proxy_override in varchar2 default null, p_transfer_timeout in number default 180, p_body in clob default empty_clob(), p_body_blob in blob default empty_blob(), p_parm_name in wwv_flow_global.vc_arr2 default empty_vc_arr, p_parm_value in wwv_flow_global.vc_arr2 default empty_vc_arr, p_wallet_path in varchar2 default null, p_wallet_pwd in varchar2 default null ) return clob;
My point was that using the API makes things easier if you have to look for a solution.

Hello
Is it possible to maintain a session on the server for the duration of a series of web service for an individual consumer requests?
What I want to do, it is something like this:
1. the consumer to invoke the Web service with a name of user and password combination in the SOAP header.
2. the web service authenticates the user on the database and inserts a session id in the SOAP header.
3. the consumer makes another call to the webservice for some data, and if the session id matches the session stored on the server, the web service returns data for this and all subsequent applications that have the id correct session stored in the SOAP header.
Does anyone know if there is any way I can do this or do I must write the data to a database and the text for each call?

The consumption of web services and paging data.
Hi all
I am building an ADF application where I need to make web service calls to two different external systems. Each of them say return 50 records. On the user interface, I want to display 10 records at a time. Also, I need check duplicate records.
What is the best approach in this case. Will I call the web services and generate the data in a temporary table and ADF - BC allows to display these data on the user interface. In this case set the data of a given user will be a challenge. Or will I programatically create 100 your and use them to display data on the UI (tabular) with paging option.
Help, please!
Yes, the pagination of POJO would be appropriate.

Make Image more using the Web Service and Ksoap2
Hey all, I was wondering if someone can help me with a problem. I use a .net web service that grows on a collection of person objects when a person runs a query from the blackberry phone. To implement this I'm using ksoap2. In my service, I'll send in a string as a parameter. I returned the collection of people that contain the firstname, lastname, address, race, sex. I also try to send a picture. Now, I got this works very well when you do not include the image settings. In my class on the side of .net in person my class, I have 'image' public property which is a string. I get the bytes of the image and convert it to a base 64 string:
MemoryStream ms = new MemoryStream();
System.Drawing.Bitmap.bmp = new System.Drawing.Bitmap (imagePath);
BMP. Record (MS, System.Drawing.Imaging.ImageFormat.Bmp);
p.Image = Convert.ToBase64String (ms, GetBuffer());
BMP. Dispose();
Mrs. Close();
Note: in my outings, I see the 64Encoding string.
On the side of blackberry, I have:
Byte [] imageArray = ((person) personVector.elementAt (i)).image.getBytes ();
EncodedImage = bitmap
EncodedImage.createEncodedImage (imageArray, 0, imageArray.length);
gridMgr.add (new BitmapField (bitmap.getBitmap ());
Unfortunately, my number of vector appears as empty and I keep get get a parse error. As I mentioned before, if I remove ownership of the Image on both sides, it works like a charm. I tried to use just about everything. Any ideas on how to overcome the image using ksoap? I tried to make the image property in the two classes as arrays of bytes, but he had no success. My problem when you use the byte array was in the class of person on the side of the blackberry for the PropertyInfo, that I didn't know what to use (for example STRING_CLASS, OBJECT_CLASS, LONG_CLASS); in any case, neither worked. What do you suggest me?
I was able to do successfully the bytes of the image the device in the following way in my seriealize class.
In the getProperty method, I use the following:
info.type = MarshalBase64.BYTE_ARRAY_CLASS;

I have it. And he has deployed in the built-in container. It works very well. Note that I did the following.
(1) change the project properties,
In the libraries and Classpath, I need to add in Classpath entries associated Jena libraries, slf4j, sdordfnosqlclient.jar, kvclient.jar etc.
(2) use the xercesImpl - 2.9.1.jar instead of xercesImpl - 2.10.0. Jdev 12 c appears to use an older version of xerces as bundles of Jena.
Once done the configurations above, I can execute your project without changing Java code.

Basic questions about the PL/SQL web services and data source names
Hello
I've successfully generated a web service for a procedure from PL/SQL packaged JDeveloper 11.1.1.3.0).
The following code was generated in the base class for web services:
However in the weblogic server, the data source name is jdbc/Gisele for deployment fails in a first time.__dataSource = (javax.sql.DataSource) __initCtx.lookup("java:comp/env/jdbc/dbconnectionDS");
What is the recommended procedure to solve this problem? The obvious solution is to manually change the source - that's what I did and it worked fine. However if I re - generate the web service I won't lose my change. Is there a better way to do it?
Another question - in the web.xml file that is generated, there is a resource-ref to the data source. I was hoping that change the data source name it would help, but it didn't work. What is - it used to in this context?
Thank you
LuisI forgot to add, so in case some time later and you want to update the connection to your service details, all you have to do is to add the following entry in your weblogic.xml:
.
JDBC/ref_name_from_web. XML
JDBC/new_jndi_name
.
And in this way, you will not have to change any code level to point your web service to another connection.Vishal-

OfficeJet 7310 all-in-One: activate the Web Services and printing of Tablet
I can't find a way to enable Web Services on my 7310 all-in-One. It is connected by wire to my internet router, and I use the built-in print server. ePrint online information, says this printer is supported. When I go into the ePrintCenter registration page, or when I go into the app on my Android tablet, it won't give me an option to manually enter the printer and can't find the printer on my home network. All this suggests that I should update the firmware of the print server, but I can't find a way to do it. Any help would be welcome.
Ok. I found my own solution, but the documentation is really bad.
The answer is: If you select document, it gives you the choice of the printer on the wireless network, even when not compatible eprint. But who knows? I would have thought to implement a printer first.

Care project: I am creating an animation and using OAM file is to download on wordpress. Frankly I never even checked all the other files are in the project folder. But I found online that sis edgeCommons his best suited if I use EDGE SUITE
Confusion: I have my audio files and convert to the versions mp3 and ogg. What should I do next?
Where exactly to save song1.mp3 and located and song1.ogg? Is there a specific folder, I need to create and where?
It appears after you have found the right place to store my audio files, I need to add the code under "Load sounds" somewhere. Where should be? And media / supposed to be the folder I create to store audio files?
Yes, I am very confused because I didn't know any coding so far. And something tells me that I do add some code somewhere that tells the system that I use Commons of edges. as some commands yepnote. Common edge docs are not for beginners at all.
I would appreciate if anyone can guide me step by step, assuming that I only have a simple animation without any code linking to the Commons of edges again. and I want a song (say song1.mp3 and located) to play by pressing button1.
Problem solved. I just create a media folder in the root directory and which connects perfectly

Native web services and SOAP version.
Hello
I'm hoping to use the functionality of the native web services on the release of 11g 1 as an easy solution to expose certain procedures. On the test it seems to use SOAP version 1.1 by default, anyone know if it is possible to configure/patch to use version 1.2?
I hope someone can help...Sorry, but for now we are limited to 1.1. What 1.2 features are of interest, given the scope of the current application
