  Right after that I posted this problem it seemed the solution:
  I noticed a pop-up, named "BROWSERSAFEGUARD" who has attempted to set my computer to a "cleaner" for a price. I checked in my installed programs if there was a "Browsersafeguard" and he was there. I uninstalled it, check "incompatible with my system" and my computer turned on like never before. Lightning fast connections and no message more "this connection is not approved. Wow.   I think I need to update my display drivers for my Nvidia PNY Quadro FX 4800 graphics card is honored in XP Mode in Win 7 64 bit? I say this because all displayed and similar gradients look pixel-e and have no gradient, they are levels of color and not, for example: a smooth transition to say white to black.

  I have not tried to uninstall the driver of current display adapters, and then reinstall the driver I have the disk that I don't have what will happen if I do?

  I tried to install the drivers provided on a cd, with the graphics card. But after he unpacked drivers, installation said "the graphics card installed on the system are not compatible with the current set of drivers.

  I have to say that I see a big problem here that I can see on the download page of Toshiba that your laptop model is not supported for 32 bit OS and drivers, tools and utilities are not available.

  1. click on download.

  Seriously, if you have problems both with 64-bit Windows 7, it is recommended that you return to 32-bit Windows 7. It is better to have a system that works. Windows 7 64 bit comes in hand if you have 4 GB or more RAM installed.

  To use the Win 7 64-bit system, you must make a full, clean install of Win 7 64 bit.

  Hello, I must have goofed big time but need your expert assistance to see if I can recover files deleted from my Home PC Win 7 Ultimate SP 1 library accounts (which were actions of a NAS). I went to the process of

  (a) adding a new folder in my documents from C:\Users\\Documents\Share\Work user account folder
  (B) including this file in My Documents library
  (c) by deleting this folder on the local drive
  (d) used "mklink" command to bind this folder location in a folder NAS, Z:\Work
  Tinkering with my computer, I created a new account , moved all my account documents to . Just cut and paste. When moving, I got the error that the folder shared (the link symbolic one) could not be moved because there was no valid local share. (This I understand because I had not done the same steps (a. to d. above) to create the symbolic part first). Then, I assumed that the files had not been moved. 
  Then, I deleted the account of and returned to . To my surprise, the location of the folder shared documents on library showed no file. I went directly to the NAS (which is also a shared network, Z drive :), and there is no files on the NAS!) 
  Thus how can the question, I recover files that were deleted on the NAS Server? The NAS is a 1 TB Seagate GoFlex Home. This NAS is based on the computing platform for Marvell Sheeva plug, running a Linux (OS HipServ of Axentra) operating system.
  Any help (even using third-party tools) would be most appreciated. I just lost 500GB of data of the past 15 years!

  Since then, I understood, after installation of Vista in a VM and had the same problem, my backup has been corrupted somehow.  Fortunately I remembered a message during the installation, all the old system files would be copied to a folder C:\windows.old.  This is the process for a clean install.  Problem solved.

  Firstly forget Windows! Oracle is mainly designed for Linux systems. Oracle as a true process runs multiple on the Linux machines while under Windows, it runs as a single process with multi-thread.

  Using memory - huge pages, single CPU run queue, drop-outs, storage... etc are a lot of concepts.

  Also Windows is one of the most poorly designed operating systems, you must use only for watching movies of cute kitten on youtube... Believe me, you don't want to learn Oracle on Windows...

  Install virtualbox and then configure Oracle Enterprise Linux on it at first... By the way you have to deal with the DNS server of version 11.X, RAC, you can start with 10g for now.

  ORACLE-BASE has all the installation steps explained detailly, search for "oracle rac install base" on google.
