Thank you
Len GRestart your computer, and then try running uninstall manually. You can find it under < installation folder > \uninstall\helper.exe
If this does not work either, manually remove the files.

Using my site, but I cannot connect using mozilla firefox.
Clear the cache and cookies only from Web sites that are causing problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox/tools > Options > advanced > network > content caching Web: 'clear now '.
'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:
- Firefox/tools > Options > privacy > Cookies: "show the Cookies".
If clearing cookies doesn't work, then it is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies is corrupted.
Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete the other files of cookies as cookies.sqlite - journal in the profile folder of Firefox in the case where the cookies.sqlite file has been corrupted.

How can I report spam, saying: it's from Mozilla Firefox?
I have a gmail account and received an email indicating that he was on your part and that I had won a $ 1 million contest.
I do not of course think that there will have had a contest and I never entered any contest.
How can I report this to Mozilla Firefox so that you can be aware of someone using your name to scam people?
Was it a team "Promo price online" email as it is known as a previous similar hoax was mentioned in http://blog.gerv.net/2011/08/hoax_mozilla_firefox_online_promo/

The latest version of Mozilla Firefox uses the Gecko or WebKit engine?
And if your answer will be WebKit, tell me please what is the latest version of Mozilla Firefox, which uses the Gecko engine?
The only case Mozilla can never use WebKit is on IOS.
Is there a particular reason why you think that current Office Firefox uses webkit? It is not as if they can trade just get out the engine and do it without news of its spread all around tech sites.

Hello
Some Firefox problems can be solved by performing a clean reinstall. This means that you delete your Firefox program files, and then reinstall Firefox. This process does not delete your Firefox profile (such as bookmarks and passwords) data, since this information is stored in a different location. To do a clean reinstall of Firefox, follow these steps: Note: you can print these steps or consult them in another browser.
- Download the latest version of Firefox from mozilla.org office (or choose the download for your operating system and language on this page) and save the file to install it on your computer.
- Once the download is complete, close all Firefox Windows (or open the Firefox menu
Click the close button
).
- Remove the Firefox installation folder, which is located in one of these locations, by default:
- Windows:
- C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
- C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla Firefox
- Mac: Delete Firefox in the Applications folder.
- Linux: If you have installed Firefox with the distribution-based package manager, you must use the same way to uninstall: see Install Firefox on Linux. If you have downloaded and installed the binary package from the Firefox download page, simply remove the folder firefox in your home directory.
- Windows:
- Now, go ahead and reinstall Firefox:
- Double-click on the downloaded Setup file and go through the steps in the installation wizard.
- Once the wizard is completed, click to open Firefox directly after clicking the Finish button.
More information on the resettlement of Firefox can be found here.
WARNING: Do not use an uninstaller to third parties as part of this process. This could permanently delete your Firefox profile data, including but not limited to, extensions, cache, cookies, bookmarks, personal settings and passwords saved. They can be retrieved easily unless they have been backed up on an external device! See back up and restore the information contained in the profiles of Firefox.
Please report to say if this helped you!
Thank you.

For no reason I work on maybe Backpage and the beautiful middle of what I do Mozilla Firefox not working and says "not responding". I use Backpage, my E-mail and the word or works a lot with copy it / stick. I have two emails, a staff at the Verison and company to Yahoo which I use every day. I just leave and perhaps return the next day and it works for a while then quits again. It's very frustrating. As far as I know, I have all my dates high. When it hangs I can not in the computer. HP said that there is nothing wrong with the computer, this is the program.
Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > appearance/themes).
- Makes no changes on the start safe mode window.

Nice day! I'm Ian Abaya, and I would like to learn more about the Mozilla Firefox shortcuts site internal server error. I'm already downloading my entry for the contest this afternoon, but after I clicked 'next', the server went down, and I couldn't access the site anymore. I am aware that the competition is until 23:59 on 31 July in PST, when I was downloading my entry it was only 03:00 PST on July 31. I'm afraid that the server would be down to the date of the deadline and I won't be able to present my video entry that I and my team have been very passionate and spent our time, effort, and resources to produce from now, it is already 04:58 31 July in PST. I hope that there is something that can be done on it, thank you and I hope to hear from you soon!
(link added to the site which is currently down - c threshold)
Hello, ianabaya.
We are sorry to hear that you are encoutering problems download your registration form on the site of Firefox shortcuts.
Unfortunately, the site was a few hours due to a power failure (as can be read on our official Twitter account: https://twitter.com/FirefoxFlicks/status/362585439707734017 ) and some candidates for the nomination so were not able to upload their entries during this time.
Fortunately, the Firefox site shortcuts is now back up and running and always accepts applications all downloaded until tonight (July 31) at 23:59 the South Pacific time.
I hope that this might clear up some confusion and wish you the best of luck in the contest. This would be the answer to your question, please mark it as such, so our automated system can close the message.
I thank you for your interest in Mozilla and have a nice day!

I'll do an upgrade from Windows XP to Windows 7. I will be installing Windows 7 on a new empty hard drive. I want to keep my bookmarks Firefox and Ad Ons. What is the best way to do it. Thank you for your help.
Hello
The best thing for you to do is to make a backup of your Firefox profile. It is a folder that stores bookmarks and Add-ons that you can then add to the reinstalled Firefox on your new operating system.
Learn you more about the Firefox profile folder, how to backup and restore, here.
I hope this helps, but if not, please come back here and we can look at in another option for you.
