What happened to "oil paint" a picture PON cc (2014)

I called Adobe today about a problem and they suggested that update of Photoshop CC CC Photoshop (2014).  I did as they suggested and then uninstalled the old CC of Photoshop.  What has happened to the filter "oil paint".  I use it all the time and now I can not find.  I tried to get help from Adobe by phone but I learned that they are pretty useless as a society.  Can someone help me find this filter?

Hi, Frank.  CC 2914 from Flash to HTML5 to code extensions, and several features not working accordingly.  This blog gives more information.

At this point, your only option if you want to use the oil paint filter, is to reinstall the earlier version of the CC, but I would say that there is a fair chance that a new version of IO. Paint will come with the next version of Photoshop.
