What happened to the support page for my laptop

I have a laptop of HP ENVY 15 TS, it is a month.

Yesterday the HP SUpport Assistant managed to take me to the HP online resources, today when he tries the HP site returns an error indicating that the product number is not recognized.

Product number: E6B23EA #ABU has not changed.

I have another problem after windows 8.1 u/g (slow stop) so I wanted to install the latest drivers, but HP seems to have other intentions of my new baby.

    latest version of the bios is 3.30 in 2009
    new versions are always with a greater number... and never after almost 3 years
    I'm not stupid enough to try this 'new' bios, but there are a lot of fish :)

    Long story short, I've updated my HP Jet 7 Signature Edition of win 8.1 to gain 10 TP. everything worked well, but because I did an update instead of a new installation of win10 TP, I was running short of space on the C: drive, so I decided to do a clean install of win 10 TP. Now, nothing works, so I have to download the drivers from the HP support page.

    Now when I enter the support page for any model of the jet 7 (including one fact, I, model 5709), I always get the same message:

    "We have to find the drivers for your product. Pilots may be developing, so please, check back at a later date or visit the product home page. »

    How is that possible? I ussed support page, including the drivers, just 3 weeks ago and all drivers for each piece of hardware was there. Now its empty. Is there a problem with the help of HP at this time?
