Rather than go to the library and find it manually and remove these duplicates, I would just return the photo via Time Machine library to its prior state of duplicates. After I restored the local library there will be no duplicates and have much less images than what is in the iCloud, photo library.

  My question is: what will happen to the Windows 2008 servers if they do not activate the grace period?

  From what I can tell they should keep normal operation (reduced functionality Mode has apparently been removed from Windows 2008) but will be many notifications to activate me now whenever you log on to the server.

  Just to clarify your question, you have an iPad, requesting a password to an Apple ID which is not yours. If this is correct, the only way to go is to have the person who owns that ID and password in order to remove it. If you don't know who did it or can't find that person, you will need to take the iPad with the original receipt of purchase for an Apple Store to restore them for you.
