What happens when I cancel my membership of creative cloud?
I had a subscription to creative cloud for two years now and have been very happy with it until this last update of Photoshop CC 2015.5. After spending a few hours with the technical team to try to get it to open the solution, it is my user account is corrupted, so they created a new user account. It now opens, but I can't access any of my photos of Dropbox. Apparently, I have to reconfigure my computer to load it all on this new user account. I've never had a problem with my account for 18 months, there are and previous updates of Photoshop have never been a problem, I bought the computer. I decided that I'm not reconfigure my computer around the Software Photoshop CC 2015.5.
My question is that I have Photoshop CC 2015 and I am very happy with that. If I cancel my subscription that I don't see the point to pay for other upgrades that do not work or I have to reconfigure my computer, can I still keep Photoshop CC 2015 or is access to this secure software?

You might want to think about twice the legal advice, but you are free to continue - it is bound to cost you much more than cancel your subscription costs will eventually, and you're not likely to find someone willing to support what you think that you may have as soon as they see the license agreement that you have accepted your registration. If you read, you should be able to see why.
We should not consider the money you've spent as spent for nothing. Just like anything else rent you (apartment, electricity, telephone, cable TV, etc.) the service ends when you stop paying for it or cancel it. You do not get to continue using these things once you stop paying, and some of them also charge a fee for early termination.

Nothing happens when I double click to install creative cloud

If you are using Windows, check if the .exe file is blocked, if present click the Unlock button.
Disable anti-virus and firewall temporarily [optional step]
Right click on setup.exe creative cloud and select Properties.
Example:

Alternatively, you can try one last thing.
Delete the folder Adobe Application Manager under C: > program (x 86) > Common Files > Adobe.
If necessary, remove Adobe Creative Cloud folder C: > program (x 86) > Adobe.
Then make a right click on Configuration Cloud creative and then the "Run as Administrator" option.

For Mac OS X 10.7 and above versions:
Trash Adobe Application Manager and if present file Adobe Creative cloud of Applications > utilities.
Click on the link below and download Adobe Application Manager and install the same:

Once installation is complete, niche is going disappear, and then open the Application folder and locate the icon to launch Adobe Application manager, double-click it and update.
Once the update is complete. He shud launch Adobe Creative Cloud app.

Looks like you paid a little ahead and cancelled with 66 days left on your subscription. You will always be able to use the program for the rest of the time you have paid, but a reminder that your subscription will expire.
After that paid time exhausted, you won't be able to use the program at all until you re - up membership.
