If you run a creative application Cloud (CC) or Creative Suite (CS) and get an error of configuration 15 or 16 that invites you to uninstall or reinstall the product, then it is likely that your application files permissions are set incorrectly. Please see this link for solutions:

I ' v tried to cancel my subscription to creative cloud with no luck. When I try to contact the support there is no option for chat or call someone only forum option. It's really frustrating!
When I selected creative cloud and cancel the subscription from the drop down menus in the text tells me to click on the chat button or telephone to contact the support but THERE ARE No. SUCH BUTTONS VISIBLE! It's an infinite loop if I click on the button only visible on the site which is the "still need help - contact us" and if I click on that it will return to the page where I started!
PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION! I am really annoyed that the cancellation of the CC is so hard you have to muscle your game Adobe, now the cancellation process is a joke.

Firefox is a browser and does not mail filters. You can use Firefox to access webmail and e-mail functions are controlled by the site that you contact your web mail.

What happens when I cancel my membership of creative cloud?
I had a subscription to creative cloud for two years now and have been very happy with it until this last update of Photoshop CC 2015.5. After spending a few hours with the technical team to try to get it to open the solution, it is my user account is corrupted, so they created a new user account. It now opens, but I can't access any of my photos of Dropbox. Apparently, I have to reconfigure my computer to load it all on this new user account. I've never had a problem with my account for 18 months, there are and previous updates of Photoshop have never been a problem, I bought the computer. I decided that I'm not reconfigure my computer around the Software Photoshop CC 2015.5.
My question is that I have Photoshop CC 2015 and I am very happy with that. If I cancel my subscription that I don't see the point to pay for other upgrades that do not work or I have to reconfigure my computer, can I still keep Photoshop CC 2015 or is access to this secure software?

You might want to think about twice the legal advice, but you are free to continue - it is bound to cost you much more than cancel your subscription costs will eventually, and you're not likely to find someone willing to support what you think that you may have as soon as they see the license agreement that you have accepted your registration. We should not consider the money you've spent as spent for nothing. Just like anything else rent you (apartment, electricity, telephone, cable TV, etc.) the service ends when you stop paying for it or cancel it. You do not get to continue using these things once you stop paying, and some of them also charge a fee for early termination.

Well, if you have any more access, you won't be able to disable this machine.
However, when you enable the CC app on the third machine it will invite you to the activation exceeded limit and then you will get an option to disable all devices of.

I've had my laptop for several years and a week ago, the hard drive crashed. So, although I had all my photos and movies and other saved, I lost Vista. This wouldn't be a problem if I could find the disks that came with the computer at the beginning, but I've moved several times in recent years (college) and I can't find them. Anyway, I'm now trying to get in touch with Microsoft to get a new drive, but they won't talk to you unless you can provide a product key.
There is a product key on the back of my laptop, but their system apparently doesn't like it and so they're going to make me pay $ 50 just to send someone. Someone knows how to bypass the product key thing, so I can get a customer support?

your support is the manufacturer of your laptop; but feel free to ask questions on these Forums
to reinstall vista:
Contact the manufacturer of the laptop computer and ask them to send you to vista recovery disks to reinstall the operating system back as it was when you bought it
they do it for a nominal cost of $
or borrow a vista microsoft dvd; not a HP, Acer recovery disk etc
Make sure that you borrow the correct 32-bit or 64-bit microsoft dvd to your computer
they contain all versions of vista
