What I have to install CS6 on C drive?

I'm under Windows Pro 8.1, 64 bits.  My C drive is designed only for my operating system.  I have 22.5 GB free.  I am looking to buy Extended CS6 and wonder if I need to install it on my C drive or I can install it on another drive?  If I have to install to C how much space does?
