What is Assembly binding logging

How to turn on logging of connection of the Assembly?

Hello afgehlot,

Your question of Windows 7 is more complex than what is generally answered in the Microsoft Answers forums. It is better suited for the MSDN Forum. Please post your question in the MSDN Forum. You can follow the link below to ask your question:

  • What happened to the "Log-in as long as different user" when the computer is locked on Windows XP?

I work in the it Department in a company and recently we have improved some of the computer to windows 7. For security reasons, computers must be locked when they are inactive for 30 minutes. The problem is that if another user needs to use the computer, it must be connected to the wide, because even the "shut down" and "restart" were removed from the "locked" screen Now on XP, in addition to these two options, we may also log in as a different user.

So my question is: is there a way to unlock the computer apart to disconnect the power cable? Should ' t the administrator be able to unlock it?

    Thank you

    Hello

Yes, you are right. This is perhaps due to the issue of the domain. As I suggested in my first post, please post this question in the TechNet forum.

  • What is data binding

Sorry for wasting your time to ask such a simple question. But I'm new to this language and don't understand either terminology of advanced programming.

Can someone explain to me what data binding means. I see this tag in mxml scripts but do not really understand.

I tried to read the documentation from adobe, but it seemed to complex for me.

    Would appreciate any help!

Basically, I think, it will simply update items that are related to what the thing said [Bindable] is changed.

  • What are the wbem logs?

In the system32 folder there is a folder named wbem that contains news. He is the one who is called [wmiprov] and reads the files have been deleted and replaced I think. There is one that indicates that binary data has been changed. It is a line {event WDM & WMIBinMof.BinaryMofEventChanged = true.} I guess my question would be what a normal computer function?

It is work done by Windows Management Instrumentation and it's normal.  It is best to not not muck about what he can invite problems that can cause some components of Windows, to stop working and a lot of annoying headaches!  If you break WMI you without having to reinstall Windows to fix this.

    Hi all...

I can't get all the apps that contain controls of Measurement Studio to install Win7 or XP64 VS2005. Try all the other XP machines I have work fine. . also any application I compile and install without Measurement Studio using another supplier of components or controls work without any problem.

I use VS2005 deployment projects and making sure that I understand the merge modules as described in the help sections Measurment Studio. I think I see the problem is that Win7 is looking for a different version controls NOR that of the deployment project is the installation. In the application and the application of the dll Directory match the versions listed in the journal of Fusion. Tried several machines to perform the build, but same problem... any ideas? Amhaving a permissions problem that the GAC is not updated by my deployment package?

There could be more than 1 question here, but I think they have the same cause - you run a 64-bit on 64-bit OSs application and referencing MStudio assemblies that do not support loading in the 64-bit process.

    (1) I see the error code returned is:

HR = 0x8007000b. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.

This can occur if you are running a 64-bit program that attempts to load an assembly that supports loading only in a 32-bit process. Measurement Studio for VS2005 supports 32-bit only. I see that your application references MStudio for VS2005 assembled under the "." 20' in the version number (.20 means holders of .NET Framework 2.0 assembly).

When you say that this fails on Win7 - it's Win7 32-bit, 64-bit, or both?

If only 64-bit, you can try to rebuild your application with a value of x 86 to see if this solves the problem of the target platform.

Then, you must decide if you need your application runs as a 64-bit on 64-bit OSs process. If so, you will need to use MStudio 2009 for VS2008 to get 64-bit support.

    (2) it seems that MStudio UI assemblies are not in the GAC. How to generate registration GAC? You go in the GAC by using Windows Explorer, or have you used the command line? If the command line, this subdirectory GAC did navigate you to (e.g., GAC, GAC_32, GAC_MSIL)?

    Step 1:

Right-click on the setup.exe file and run as administrator and check.

    Step 2:

I suggest that make you the SFC scan on your machine like a system file is damaged or missing. Scan SFC repairs and tries to retrieve system files.

The problem is that I already have the latest version of DirectX. I play recent games like Skyrim smoothly. However, I tried to update my directX anyway. However, when I try and run the installation programs (for example, dxwebsetup), it is not getting anywhere because an error dialog box appears and says:

An internal system error has occurred.
Please refer to DXerror.log and DirectX.log in your Windows folder to determine the problem.

Go of course tells me nothing, but I'll post it as the content of each word to say.

I can't go further than that. I am at a loss. Advice, help, suggestions would be appreciated.

I tried restoring the system to the closest point as possible, nothing helps. I tried to start the computer with nothing but windows programs and system services, nothing.

  • DotNetFramework error when I try to install SQL Server 2008 R2

When I try to install SQL Server 2008 R2 I get a dotnetframwork below. If I click on continue some of the façade of the database will not install no and if I left it stop the installation.

I tried to install dotnetframework 3.5 on my computer of 32-bit windows 7, but when I run the exe file it will extract the file, but then won't do anything else. I currently have dotnetframework 4.0 and I do not know if this does not prevent installation of 3.5, which could be the origin of the error with the SQL installation.

See the end of this message for details on the call
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

  • ORA-03134: connections to this version of the server are no longer supported in 11.2 to 9.2.0.8 database

    Hello

I use the ODP.NET 11.2 (Oracle.DataAccess.dll 4.112.3.0) for .NET 4.5 (in Visual Studio 2012). I can connect to 11g databases but when trying to connect to 9.2.0.8 database, this error is thrown:

ORA-03134: connections to this version of the server are no longer supported

I do not understand why, like I could connect using Toad, but not a .NET application.

    Furthermore, I use Windows 7 64 bit.

    Any idea?

    Thanks in advance,

    Dave

    Hi Dave,.

I see that you have version 12 of the supplier in the GAC (i.e. Version = 4.121.1.0). But only for the x 86 and you mentioned that you had Windows 7 64 bit. Your application is compiled as x 86, x 64 or Any CPU?

You have confirmed that your application does not load this version? For example, because policy redirects in the GAC (such as Policy.4.112.Oracle.DataAccess, Version = 4.121.1.0).

You can use a tool such as SysInternals Process Explorer or the Assembly Binding Log Viewer (i.e. the SDK fuslogvw) to confirm if necessary.

It is true that version 12 would return ORA-3134 when you attempt to connect to a database of 9.2 because this combination is not supported.

    Thank you

    Mark
