  2. What is the number\article of the fix knowledge base?

  You may have a corrupt hotfix package or may have downloaded the wrong fix for your operating system platform. You must make sure that the hotfix you download is X 64 (64 bit) and not a 32-bit (X 86) as you're running vista 64-bit operating system.

  Please see if you can copy the file downloaded to another computer and try to unpack.  Or try to download another package and see if you can decompress this file.

  2. you are trying to download the zip file?

  3. this happens with all files or any specific file?

  Switch error header corrupt is due to corrupt Self extractors (and corrupted, and .zip files) that were introduced in the file during the download.

  Normally, the download of the new file solves the problem. If, however, repeated attempts to download the file do not result in a good copy, your computer may be infected by a virus

  What does the "AUTO" in PARALLEL (self)?  I know what is the PARALLEL indicator.  Usually, you either would not include something in parentheses after the suspicion or would you include a number in order to establish the statement of principles.  What happens when you use AUTO instead of a number for the declaration of principles?  I can't find an online article that explains this.

• Unable to connect to SMTP using TLS with a certificate self-signed on OSX 10.10.1 (T31.3 & 24.6)

  I can't connect to my server SMTP with TLS on port (send 465 or 587 / 995 receive) using Thunderbird 31.3 or my OS X 10.10.1 24.6 (Didier) MacBook Pro.

  However, I am able to send and receive mail from the same account on my Windows 7 machine using Outlook 2007, using the same settings I configured in Thunderbird. I added the certificate etc.

  If the server name is a secret, how you expect to receive mail. Please, we have pretty bad without guessing. Seriously what you are done using a self signed certificate, they are free by https://www.startssl.com/

  My guess is it of OSX who dislikes the self-signed certificate, how Thunderbird to deal with Windows. As you have a copy install Thunderbird and see if it is a question of OSX.
