So I went in the recovery console (I think it's the command prompt)?  but I don't know which of the listed commands to use to perform the advice. I would be very grateful for help.

  Basically, error, say a blue screen of death (BSOD) Windows gathers all available information stored in memory at the time of the incident and that she "pours" in a file.   Note that you can type the first few letters of a file or folder tab and press on to fill in the rest

  in any case, who should start the program that you try to start but I think that your better off trying to run the sfc/scannow command. Let me know how you go
