  Hi all

  I'm a complete noob to this, but hope someone can help out me. I have a Toshiba Satellite, but I don't know which model - it says on the back that is s2410-504. in any case, I've had it for about 3 years and I think the battery is kaput, as it only stays on for about 15 minutes so disconnected from the sector, even when fully charged.

• Satellite A100-237: what are the compatible battery packs

  There is no compatible batteries listed under the 'available options' tab for the A100-237, which I find hard to believe.

  No one knows the number of part/model of the standard battery, the extended battery pack and battery high capacity?
